Greeted by Raj the owner. Very friendly and welcoming throughout our whole stay, offered us a drink straight away and proceeded to tell us about the local area- things to do and places to see. Lovely continental breakfast was included. Good car park at the back of the b&b. Room was clean with a lovely sea view. Even though there...

Arrived here after booking for my stag do only to find Raj, the owner, had took it upon himself to book us into a completely different hotel without telling us. The hotel we were moved to had a completely different room set up, shared bathrooms and was not what we booked whatsoever. The room he had booked for us at...

We arrived at around half 8 after a long days travel only to be told that our rooms had been double booked so we had to stay somewhere else. The best man had paid deposits to secure our rooms and paid in full about 3 weeks before we were due to stay. The "manager" didn't even call to see if...

Rooms booked and paid for. Arrived and told that we we're staying somewhere else. This was arranged on the Wednesday but we were not informed till we arrived on the Saturday. Practically ruined the first night as a lot of it was wasted trying to sort things out. Booked 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms here and was palmed off on...

He was very relaxed which meant we could enjoy our stay without upsetting anyone and there were no issues at check-out. The accommodation was...

As a group on a stag weekend the Kirribilli is perfect. The place is clean and a 5-10 minute walk from most places. Raj looks after the guests and the breakfast in the morning is a good start to the day, the bar has anything you want. As far as B&B's go there is nothing negative to say

The view from the room I book was incredible - nice, atmospheric alley and little bit further - the sea. The hotel is very cozy, clean, near town center. The owners are very polite, friendly and understanding. I'll definitely come back here. I recommend it.
