Stayed on my own due to wanting to go surfing. Budget accommodation - couldn't ask for more. £24 a night booked on late rooms and had a room with a sink & shower. Tea and coffee facilities, TV and free WiFi. Rooms were clean and to a high standard. Guest house close to town center and a short walk to... More

Very rude hosts and tiny rooms, dirty beds and toilets. Breakfast was tasteless. And really expensive. Wouldn't recommend to any one and definitely would not return. Really disappointed with service..

Our room smelled like bathroom mess and the staff and owner are very rude. The food tasted like it was made in a toilet. My husband found a pubic hair on his bread and my eggs were cold and damp. Our bad also smelled like wet rats. DISGUSTING

AVOID AT ALL COSTS....the staff and management are rude and obnoxious rooms are dirty.... the bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood....the food...well I wouldn't feed it to my dogs...there is better and more comfortable sleeping accommodation at the local railway arches.....honestly you would be better checking out some of the other B&Bs nearby.....don't waste your money here

I would not recommend this place! Not only is it the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in (bathroom was filthy and bed sheets were stained and covered in hair) but the staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and very rude. I paid in cash for my stay and two day's after we had left I had money taken from my bank... More

We were made to feel welcome by the host from the minute we walked through the door. Comfy rooms, decent facilities and a good breakfast to go with it. We were there for a stag weekend and all had an excellent time, would definitely recommend to those heading down there!

My family and i had a fantastic stay at the Kirribilli. The family room was clean and comfortable for a good rate. Raj made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It was home from home with a friendly atmosphere. The cooked breakfast was excellent!!. We will definitely be returning to the Kirribilli.
