We stayed two nights in November and enjoyed the hotel, its staff and good value food. A little out of town - it takes 20 minutes walking into centre but we didn't mind this. The hotel is very clean and well cared for. There were a lot of people staying and everything ran smootly. The staff were friendly and happy.

Stayed here recently for a weekend break, which we enjoyed but wouldn't stay for a longer spell of time. The hotel is good but lacks atmosphere and could do with some redecoration in places. We ate in the restaurant which was ok but again lacks atmosphere. The restaurant staff were very good though. The room was ok, clean & comfortable...

Thank you for offering us feedback. It’s good to understand that your upgraded spacious ‘Endellion’ room with double windows was clean, comfortable and afforded you a nice sea view across our famous Fistral Beach, popular throughout the world for surfing. Sea view upgrades are completely optional and start at £6 per person per night. Upgrading to our more spacious ‘Endellion’...

I went away for a long weekend with my husband and was looking for something that was not too expensive. We booked through travelzoo and it was very good value. I was a little worried after seeing the reviews on here and the first room that we booked was a little dated. I have to say that it was very...

We booked through Travel Zoo, not sure we would be as happy if we had paid the full price, main reason is that parts of the hotel are very tired. Saying that the staff are its greatest asset Very hard working, polite and accommodating, evening meal deal is unbeatable and although the food is on the plain side it was...

We were looking for a very last minute place to stay and didn't really do enough homework on this hotel. Originally we were going to stay at Travelodge, but the wife found The Pentire and with a score of 4 out of 5 from over 600 reviews we thought we'd try it. Staff were friendly, but the hotel itself is...

We are genuinely sorry if we did not meet your expectations and have taken immediate action to address all points.. We have undertaken many investments and improvements (and have more planned), including completely refurbished bedrooms, our bar area, new restaurant, outside decked seating area, aromatherapy steam room and sauna by our indoor heated pool – unfortunately most of the places...

This is the first time I have ever written a review of a hotel but I feel like I need to. Me and my partner decided to extend our holiday an extra day and stay somewhere else in Cornwall. This hotel came up on trip advisor and seemed relatively decent for the cheap price. However upon arrival I regretted booking...

I stayed at The Pentire Hotel for the 1st time the end of September. I have to say that I cannot fault the hotel and had a very enjoyable stay. The room was basic but comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was superb and very reasonably priced. Do not be put off by its slightly out of...
