Not just another cosy B&B The Ship Inn situated in the heart of Mousehole overlooking the harbour is a wonderful package deal of very special hospitality, brilliant food, comfortable, clean rooms, amazing surrounds and most importantly helpful and friendly staff and locals who can not do enough for you. Everything you dream of experiencing when staying in the Local of...

It's just as well that the Ship exists in Mousehole because it's the only pub in the village. This makes it particularly important that it should fill the position well. My wife and I stayed here, together with our dog, for one night of a week in Devon and Cornwall and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. The...

Good beer, good food, friendly locals. What more could you want! Stayed in the village for the week - have been in to the ship nearly every night - for a meal or just a drink. Food always excellent - including the best fish pie I've ever had. If only we could take it home with us!

Weird visit as my real ale and meal was great, but my partners coke was flat and her vegetarian chilli more like sweet and sour? To be fair the waitress said it was the first day of a new menu and did give my partner the cost of her meal back. Probably best to ask more questions before ordering.

This establishment was large and spacious and had a good selection on the menu. A local favourite for the area is locally sourced crab and we were not disappointed. The quality of food was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place and I shall return next year.

The ship is right on the harbour front of Mousehole. We had a two night break with a room at the front overlooking the harbour, perfect. This B&B / pub does not have any frills but was comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. Being in the centre of the village it was convenient for walking everywhere which is a...

Great pub grub. Big portions which is always nice. Fair prices. Lovely & friendly staff. Nice relaxed atmosphere inside, not too formal. Get in there early for a drink/book a table in advance because it was consistently busy of an evening during the time we were in Mousehole (early-mid September).

We popped into the Ship Inn for a drink several times during our short stay in Mousehole, and ate there one evening. The atmosphere is very traditional and charming - just what you'd expect from a British pub - very welcoming and relaxed. The views of the harbour are fabulous and it's location is just perfect for watching the boats...

Charming place to stay! Room was bright and modern, with a lovely view overlooking the port. The bar and restaurant were great too, with lovely selection of drinks. Can't fault anything. Location is breathtaking! :-)

We stayed two nights at the Ship. The first night we were in a small room above the pub but the next night we secured the top room in the annex next door. This room is more expensive but it is spacious and has good views across the Harbour. Food at the Hotel is good pub grub and the breakfast...
