We stayed here for two nights, I was very impressed from the moment we arrived, Donna gave us such a warm welcome. Spotlessly clean and well presented room, with small fridge and coffee making facilities. Slept very well in the comfortable bed with soft linen. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice, I recommend the pancakes with bacon and maple...

Great hosts at the Ivanhoe Guest House. Very welcoming. A very nice room, sea view, with lovely bedding. Would stay there again when I visit Falmouth. A bit out of town but very close to the train station so not problem getting to town. Very close to the port . Excellent breakfast.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at the Ivanhoe Guesthouse during a recent Rabbie's tour. Perfect location, perfect hosts, wonderful accommodations. Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants, of course. Worth visiting repeatedly just for the amazing selection of homemade jams and marmalades! I'll be going back for some rhubarb/ginger, myself... for
