This guest house is in a great location ,within equal walking distance between the town and the front, with very good car parking out front...We were in a very large, front facing, twin(1xdouble and1xsingle bed) room on first floor, with refurbished bathroom...large flat screen tele on the wall facing the beds and with easy "free" wifi..Full breakfast was great, more...

Lovely recent stay at the Trevoil. The Guest house is run by very friendly Cornish people who make you very welcome. Great location close to the main harbour and an easy walk to the town. Having stayed here previously I would not hesitate to stay again!

Awful experience! Our room was unclean, smelly of mould and the carpet full of stains everywhere. As well, we found a HUGE spider, who hide himself under the carpet.Me and my boyfriend we slept all dressed in the bed, without even covering ourselves with the bed linen. Everything, also the dining room is filthy, dirty and smelly. I do not understand...

This guesthouse is in such a convenient position within Falmouth, close to the harbour, town centre and the railway station. It also had parking which was a bonus. Sue and Alan made us feel very welcome, and our room was very pleasant and clean having recently been refurbished. All quite satisfactory.

The couple were very welcoming and offered us the annex for a really super price, and apart from the butter in the marmalade, everything was great. The breakfasts were generous and I would recommend this B+B to anyone. It's also very near the train station

I travel with friends to Cornwall every year and we use The Trevoil as a base. I have always found the place to be clean and that nothing is too much trouble for Sue and Alan and the breakfasts are great. Great Value for Money
