We wanted a night away so booked a "classic harbour room" and booked evening meal at the same time also stating some food items I wasn't able to eat. Reserved a parking place at front of hotel. We were greeted with friendly helpful staff then took the lift to our room which was standard size, clean and modern with an...

We stayed in the master suite It has uninterrupted views across the whole harbour We just sat on the large private balcony and watched the boats .The room was immaculate and very comfortable with a separate sitting area. We ate in the pub on the premises but there is also a formal dinning room .Breakfast was delicious with a good...

I stayed at the Greenbank Hotel for three nights and I would thoroughly recommend the hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The Breakfast was excellent and the staff made sure that I had everything I needed. The location of the Dining Room and the view of the river and harbour was superb....

We initially booked for 3 nights but only ended up staying 2. Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and after our long trek through various corridors we finally got to our room which had a lovely harbour view. The room had recently been refurbished and was of good standard. What we didn't expect to hear was tv and...

Dear vacca86 Firstly thank you for your review. Whilst I'm glad to read that the staff were friendly and welcoming plus the room was of a good standard, I am sorry and disappointed that you nonetheless left us feeling we had only provided an 'average' experience for your stay. At The Greenbank we strive to ensure all our visitors are...

Fantastic 3 night stay for a special birthday. Cannot rate this hotel high enough, the staff are delightful, the food extremely good, the harbour view room absolutely lovely. My birthday was made even more special by complimentary pink champagne and birthday decorations in the room. We will definitely be back to stay.

Just a short stay but wish it had been longer so much to explore and do from this lovely hotel. Stunning views and walking distance to Falmouth with great connections to St Mawes via ferry. The room was really well appointed and the food was good value and really interesting menu. The whole team seemed well led and organised and...

Breathtaking sea views that you can't compete with! The breakfasts were AMAZING and very very generous - I felt very well looked after! Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the amenities included...

We arrived later afternoon on the Friday and couldn't park outside in front of the hotel or around the back. So I went inside where the staff went and checked their underground car park, where there was two spaces so we parked there. Our room was on the top floor, room 302, with wonderful views across the estuary. It was...

The restaurant and pub both face the harbour and have great views. The restaurant has fabulous food, and the pub extremely reasonable nightly deals. Our room had a lovely view to Pendennis point , and across to Flushing and St Mawes.
