Still a nice friendly hotel with good facilities, recommend for a short break or centre for a Cornish garden tour, found all the staff helpful and willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible, try to get a room in the original building as these are quieter.

Overall it was a comfortable stay, however the hotel is quite old fashioned and dated. Our room was quite small and a little damp but cosy enough, our bed was a small double with tired springs but clean just quite bouncy. Breakfast was very good, good choice and high quality. The pool and leisure centre were great too.

We had booked a family room for myself ,my wife ,and my 8 year old son and the room we got was the size of an apartment! The decor wasn't very stylish, but everything was spotlessly clean and fit for purpose ,with a great pool and spa/ sauna area which we made full use of. The breakfast was great and...

I stayed here for business and I was pleased it was just for the one night! When I checked in and went to my room it had a shower - which I have to say was an extremely small cubicle with a large step I actually wasn't convinced I would fit in it as so small and grimey - so...

I am staying here at the moment for business. The hotel is OK, but you feel that the new owners need to spend some money. My room overlooks an outdoor swimming pool which is now green, and has a tree which has been blown over resting on the wall. The wifi in my room is pathetic, the pump for the...

This is a fairly attractive hotel. There are views of the sea (about a mile away). It's in a quiet location a car journey away from the centre of Falmouth. The public rooms look comfortable, with lots of sofas though we did not use them. The hotel has an indoor pool and spa but we didn't use them. My wife...

We used to stay here years ago when the kids were young, a little oasis. It was an old house in large grounds that became swallowed up by Falmouth suburbs, converted to a rather nice little hotel. During the time of previous owners , (I think their name was Pope), it had received some serious investment, a good spa, gym...

Nice break. Good traditional hotel. We had a superior room which was really large and had great facilities. Bit 80s but very clean. Used the leisure facilities, deep pool, good gym. Evening meal good, breakfast as expected. Grounds and staff good. Room for improvement in the loos off the bar which felt a bit utilitarian.

The pool is lovely here with great views as you swim. Otherwise the hotel is average. I think the pool was my favourite part of the hotel. The hotel itself is well kept but lacks the touch of luxury the external promises. Without the pool and spa this would be pricey. The rooms were tidy and well maintained, good shower...

My stay was short but pleasant here. The frontline staff were most helpful. The room was clean with spotless linen and a clean bathroom. Outside parking can become clustered, even within the hotel grounds. Breakfast was ok will plenty of choice. Staff were pleasant too however a bit disconcerting when they are still laying up the tables when you are...
