After reading the reviews below I wonder which Guest House they were talking about, my Wife and I have visted the Four Seasons Guest House for 17 out of the last 20 years and have always, apart from the once in 2006 when we were upset with rowdy residents, been highly delighted with the reception and treatment during our holidays...

I also have read the below mixed reviews on this place, but i had already booked and our other options were fully booked. It seems this place has good and bad days, and i turned up on a bad day. I was not greeted by anyone on arrival, nor was there anyone there when i left. Agreeing with a comment...

Poor customer service, cramped, dirty rooms and nobody serving breakfast. The maid went up and down the corridors knocking on every door in the early hours to ask if we were leaving that day - fortunately we were vacating but I would have been furious if we weren't. The only redeeming factor was the location - but I'll never go...

I was told i'd be greeted by someone upon arrival, but all i found was a set of keys in an envelope outside the front door on the floor. We saw 1 staff member during our stay, a cleaner who politely banged on the door at 8.30 (we had to be out of the room by 10am) When we left,...

After reading other reviews of the Four Seasons, you might expect a run down hovel with unsupervised kids running around. This seems a bit harsh. It's a familly run house and the children help run the place (breakfast orders are usually taken by one of two young girls). Anyway I enjoyed my stay, food was fine, room was clean &...

We were all very happy to find the b & b as my self, partner and two young children were all very tried. the greeting we recieved from bredan was very disapointing. Our room was situated in the attic. (A cramp loft conversion not big...

After reading the last two reviews I was a little worried about booking this Guest House but as only for one night I booked for the wife and I for an overnight stop. Location is very situated next to the Princess Pavillions where they hold the Falmouth Beer Festival which was the reason for our visit. Extremely close to Falmouth...

We spent a weekend at Fourseasons, 2 adults 3 children - we had a large family room with ensuite facilities. The room was spacious and extremely well decorated. The shower room was clean and modern. We had lovely views over Falmouth Docks. Fourseasons is ideally located only a short walk into Falmouth town in one direction and to Gyllanvase Beach...

Fantastic B&B this was my second stay there. Its one of the best in Falmouth (I've stayed in 4 different ones there). Its well furnished and modern, clean and well kept. I paid for a single room but was upgraded to a double free of charge! It was large with ensuite shower and wc and basin in the room plus...
