A traditional, friendly comfortable B&B, I could see the sea (just about) through my window, it was a few minutes walk down to the beach and more or less on the Falmouth Art School campus, an easy, pleasant walk from everything in town. I thoroughly recommend it, staff couldnt have been more helpful and accomodating and the whole place had... More

We recently stayed at Eden Lodge having found it through LateRooms when down for the Falmouth Beer Festival. I have to say it was incredibly welcoming. The place has lovely hosts and they made us feel incredibly welcome. It is clear they are putting in lots of effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The place has a fantastic 10m swimming... More

In a cold, wet week walking the wonderful coast path in Cornwall we were met with kindness, warmth and openness everywhere else - BUT NOT HERE. There was not enough warmth in the room to dry wet kit, no hair dryer, no shampoo, tired towels, just one tea bag in the room, sleep depriving noise from fellow guests entering and... More

We are regular users of hotels in Falmouth due to family in the town and can confidently say the Eden Lodge is the best we've experienced. A gorgeous old building, beautifully decorated throughout, warm and cosy but with all the modern touches you would expect. Go for an en-suite room and you will find the showers hot and the beds... I found this place on late room, was looking for a cheap place to stay for one night. You get what you pay for, Yes it is dated, furniture is old, no it's not to everyone's taste but I had a lovely homely room. If you are looking for somewhere to stay on a budget this is a nice place.... More

Not a very warm welcome. Asked for payment straight away. Rooms were not clean with thick dust on pictures & ceiling lampshade. Bed linen put on inside out & not matched. Shower took ages to produce hot water & room was accessed straight from dining room which was noisy in the morning. State of decor very poor & needs a... More

A group of university students had the pool booked this afternoon, and due to several unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel rather last minute. Now, I can understand this is very frustrating for both the owners of the pool and us too as now we cant complete our project. However, the way I was treated over the phone was unacceptable.... Never in my life have i come across such rude staff. You'd think that they would be welcoming so that you would stay again but the staff are so hostile. And appalling phone manner, actually I take that back because they have no phone manners. Will never be using them again. Disgusted with the service I received. And way over... More
