Me and my parents stopped for 3 nights and I thought our room being next to a bar would be noisy but it was quiet so we could get some sleep. The room is clean and the staff did our beds everyday. There's a fridge in the room. There's free wifi with a password all you got to do is...

I have been to the lodge the last 3 Sundays for the roast dinner they serve and must say that it is great and plenty of. The bar has a good selection of cask beers and lagers and the staff are so pleasant I can honestly say if I was visiting chester I certainly would visit this place.

I visited the venue today on a recommendation, solely for drinks. The venue, bar and selection of beers is amazing, and I have no issue. However the venue was over run with minors. It was like being in a kindergarten. Way too many children running around the bar area. No child control from parents / guardians or bawn lodge staff....

The room was clean and bedding clean.. The bathroom although looked modern it needed a good clean .... The grouting was dirty and damp and green in places ... The shower cubicle especially needed to be cleaned . We had problems also with the hairdryer which overheated after 10 seconds of being on . The breakfast was fine ...

A gem of a hotel in a great location, a short walk from the city centre and railway station. Breakfast lovely and cooked fresh. Coffee tasted of coffee which is rare nowadays. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Ate in the hotel both nights of our stay and the food was excellent, far above our expectations. The only point I...

My room was fresh and warm, not old, not used, with coffee and chocolate and cookies, cozy bed, kind personal, delicious breakfast. The location was also good, 7 Min walk from the central station, easy...

We have just stayed at Bawn Lodge (8-10 Oct) & had a lovely stay. All the staff were very friendly. The food was excellent and all freshly cooked. Bedrooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. Ideal location for a stroll into the centre of Chester (approx:15 mins). Would definitely recommend it.
