Convenient location for Chester (and access from the east), with parking included. You do need to know where you are going as the access road is easy to miss at a busy set of traffic lights. Get in the H'ton lane. Quiet room, despite the nearby main road (and Storm Doris). Probably the most comfortable bed I have had at...

Stayed here for 1 night in February 2017 on a short break to Chester. Arrived around 8:30pm and the car park was rather full however there were spaces in the brewers fayre part of the hotel. Check in was good and the chap on the reception was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Went for an evening meal in...

My husband and I and our 14 year old daughters stayed in a family room. It was excellent value for money. We were pleased to see there was a bath and took advantage as we no longer have one at home! Shower gel and a hairdryer are provided. The room was very clean, all the beds lovely and comfortable. You...

Good location - short drive to the shops, Cheshire oaks, aquarium and zoo. Nice hotel with all that you need and we slept well... The 'busy road' caused no problems! Breakfast in the adjoining pub was ok, not the best but did the job... Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

The reception staff gave us a warm greeting and were very helpful with directions into town later on. The bed as usual was very comfortable and the room was clean and warm. What more could we ask for at the price.

This hotel was very good with friendly staff and clean fresh rooms. The food was good value and excellent quality and the hotel was in easy reach of the City Centre and other local attractions. I took my 10 year old to Crocky Trail great for Kids he spent all day in this adventure park.

This was a decent hotel with a dining pub next door. The location is great for heading to local attractions The carpark can get full at times Bit of an issue with a very uncomfortable camp bed, think the floor would of been a better option! We have rated poor sleep quality on the camp bed alone.

Great inexpensive property a couple of miles outside of Chester. I think this is an older PI property but is perfectly acceptable. On a light retail park with free parking and opposite a large Sainsbury's. Usual product offering of free Wi-Fi and breakfast in the adjacent Brewers Fayre. A good budget option for Chester and access to Cheshire Oaks retail...

We chose this Premier Inn as it had parking on site. It was also close to the Park and Ride into Chester. Being opposite a large Sainsbury's was also useful as was the bus stop - to Chester - within one minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great - as usual. We...

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Chester and its visitor attractions. However it's not walking distance for Chester city centre itself. Only 5 mins from the zoo and 10mins from the aquarium and shopping outlet. The hotel is clean and what you'd expect from a premier inn. Staff friendly and efficient. Hotel is beginning to look a...
