As the title suggests, there is a warm and welcoming feeling as soon as you enter. I had a delicious breakfast with all the trimmings and Pam couldn't have been more accommodating. The Christmas decorations were amazing and really brought Christmas spirit to the place. I would definitely recommend this home from home.

Lovely place to stay. First time in many years that I have come to the city as a visitor and this place is a little gem. Room 6 has the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Pam is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and breakfast was lovely. Look forward to visiting again soon. Xx

Spent one night at the Victoria Lodge in Hoole. The room was spotless, breakfast was first class and Pam was extremely welcoming. A cosy bed and breakfast, ideally located in Hoole. Will definitely return when we are next in Chester .

My friend and I luckily were able to stay with Pam on very short notice because someone else canceled. I don't know if all the beds are as comfortable as the one we stayed in, we were in room 6. Everything was extremely clean, well organised and thoughtfully decorated. Pam is a very friendly and helpful host. She pointed us...

The room is spotless. There is literally no faults in the B&B what so ever. The beds are so comfortable and you always have a good nights sleep. We stay regularly and Pam the owner is so lovely and welcoming and we certainly recommend this B&B to others.
