Good hotel for budget travellers to explore Chester and surrounding areas. Room was good, clean, quiet and relaxing after hard day visiting zoo. Downside is its on the services and you cannot get a good breakfast however it is 7 miles from Chester centre or 5 miles to Frodsham, also numerous villages to check out for good local grub.

We booked the hotel while attending a festival in Chester. You need a car to get to it but it is well signposted. There's free parking and it is right next to a service station with a 24hr McDonalds and shops. We paid £90 for two nights in a triple room so it was an absolute bargain. The room was...

We were in a family room for 2 adults and 2 children one girl aged 5 and one boy aged 15.... we were given 2 double beds..... Also the rooms were too hot..... we opened the window to find our FAMILY room was directly above the smoking area..... so the room smelt of smoke......

We were travelling back to N Ireland from Silverstone and stopped off here en route to the ferry. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Comfortable beds, so had a fantastic sleep! Beside the services so you can get food etc from the 24h shop, which was great for us as we arrived so late! Would stay again!

Spent one night here before going on to Gullivers World. We have stayed at various Days Inns throughout Great Britain and this has to be the worst. We paid over £60 for the night and got a room with a double bed, a single bed and a mattress on the floor. The mattress on the floor probably would have been...

Perfect for an overnight stay on route to our holiday destination. Clean, comfortable, functional room with excellent efficient friendly customer service. Staff provided extra milk, pillows, etc on request, no problem. Quiet room, and the dog was made welcome too. Very good value for money.

Stayed here as visiting Chester Zoo. Carpets throughout are very old and dusty. Room a decent size but hadn't ever had under the bed hoovered by the looks of it. We had the room made up for 4, so having the pull out bed really highlighted the dusty carpet. Bathroom was clean ish - sink had a few marks and...
