Stayed here for one night on a business trip. It is a delightful old house, extremely well located in the centre of Ely yet it is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are appropriately furnished and have a pleasant ambiance. The owner is friendly and helpful and you get a good breakfast with plenty of choice. There is car parking outside...

This bed and breakfast is unique. An 1850's house that has been maintained very well. It has the spirit and the looks of back then, however with 21stt century amenities wifi , tv, etc self catered or with breakfast which is really good. The best thing, Jenny and Robin who make you feel like home. Grrrreat. 10/10

Stayed for 2 nights. Cathedral house is in a brilliant location - walking distance to restaurants and train stations. Bedroom is comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed three nights in the Coach House, it was very interesting, cosy warm and we loved it. Our only issue was the baths were tiny and the the hand held shower has to be kept low down, also the strapping men we were with had to kneel in the bath to wash.. not ideal.

Thank you for your review of our self-catering Coach House. We enjoyed having your jolly group to stay and so we are very sorry the hand-held shower on the bath mixer taps proved a problem. We do describe the 3 en suite bath rooms in great detail, on our w/site, because they are small and only have mixer taps. Please...

A beautiful house in excellent location - Cathedral House is elegant and interesting. We were made very welcome and had a lovely traditional room in-keeping with a period property . Great deep bath with lots of hot water and every little extra thought of in the bed and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, a really good fresh fruit salad, juice and...

The Cathedral House is perfect for visiting Ely Cathedral, the Stained Glass Museum and the Cromwell House. The B&B rooms are really suites delightfully furnished in the Georgian period, as are all the other rooms and stairs, to match the house and full breakfasts are taken with other guests round a large table leading to convivial conversations. Jenny and Robin...

We have just returned from a four night stay at Cathedral House, and were absolutely delighted with our visit. On arriving in Ely, we did not find Cathedral House the first time we drove down St Mary's Street, but once we spotted the flower shop on the left, and saw the parking on the right, we chanced it, and parked....

We rented the Coach House for a week whilst staying in the area and what a little gem. It was like stepping back in time, there were so many unique features that dated back to the original building. This made for a very interesting as well as a comfortable stay here, the bedrooms were a delight. Robin and Jenny were...

We booked a very spacious room at Jenny and Robin's b and b so we could have a look around Ely. Everything was as one would hope for and we had an excellent stay. The house is a grade 2 listed building and there are many interesting artefacts around the house. We liked this. Jenny and Robin are good hosts...

This is a delightful B and B run by a retired couple. The room was very comfortable and clean with plenty of hot water. The cooked breakfast was delicious and as was the fruit salad. Cathedral House is very centrally situated within a very short distance walk to the High Street and the magnificent Cathedral. My only very slight criticism...

Many thanks for taking the trouble to give us a review - much appreciated. So sorry you found it rather warm. There are adjustable valves on the radiators. It is one of the problems with our country's erratic climate ie: today it is 8c and tomorrow the forecast is 20c!!!
