We spent 4 nights and very much enjoyed it. A lovely spacious room and bathroom with super views. Also sherry and nuts in the room A good breakfast and the other guests at breakfast were delightful with good conversation. They provided a car parking pass and parking was easy and just outside the building when we were there. We were...

We had the theatre booked (short notice) and was struggling to find somewhere to stay. It was recommended by another B&B that was full. It was at the top of our price range but brekkie was included, at other places not and the full monty was superb! Enough that we did not eat again until tea time. A parking permit...

I stayed in April for the bank holiday weekend with some friends and had a lovely time. I stayed on the top floor and despite having savoured the local ciders all afternoon I still managed to meander my way up without any problem. The room itself looked like it had recently been renovated as everything was spotless and shiny. I...

Loved this place. Location is in a beautiful part of Bristol, and the building has great views over the suspension bridge. Breakfast is on communal table with freshly cooked food, stewed fruits (delicious), cereal etc. The best thing are the human touches, such as pre-dinner nuts or fresh cake in the rooms. Also v good wifi. As someone else has...

Very comfortable B&B in Clifton village - handy for bars, restaurants and shops. The views over the gorge and the bridge are great. Our bathroom was enormous with lots of toiletries provided. The breakfasts were excellent especially the pancakes. We enjoyed meeting the other guests at breakfast. The sherry was much appreciated after a day spent sightseeing. Simon and Joanna...

A warm welcome, help with parking spaces and a room with panoramic views are just a few of the special features of a stay here. Spacious and well appointed rooms and delicious breakfasts have all made our visit so enjoyable.

My family and I all absolutely adored our stay with the most wonderfully hospitable hosts in their delightful home. The extra touches like the sherry decanter replenished each evening helped us feel like private guests. I would recommend this B and B to anyone who wanted to visit this special part of England.

I was very impressed with the room which had a view of the Gorge and the Suspension Bridge and the bathroom which was enormous. The thing that makes it is the wonderful service and the little touches: shampoo AND conditioner, sherry and snacks in the room and a nice reading area with a sofa that makes it a nice home...

Simon and Joanna are the most gracious hosts in their beautiful home. The rooms are very comfortable, the views spectacular, the breakfast excellent and the welcome warm. This really is their home, so don't expect a modern boutique hotel. It feels like you are staying in a lovely family home and you are made to feel most welcome. We are...
