I have stayed here twice in the last three weeks and had two very different experiences. The first was a mid week stay and i had a fantastic modern room on the 4th floor. Clean with a great walk in shower my stay was very comfortable and quiet. My second stay was a Friday night and we were given what...

We had a little difficulty finding the hotel, but this was offset by the very warm welcome we received from a most helpful and efficient receptionist. We were expecting a somewhat pokey room, but were pleasantly surprised by the size and how well it was equipped with ultra modern furnishings. The bathroom appeared very small, but it was so well...

Twin room, tiny beds! Super noisy because of bars opposite even with windows closed right which made the room very stuffy. Bathroom ok except for the smell of raw sewerage and mould. Oh ad then the alarm that went off twice in the night. Glad to go home for a good nights sleep. Good location though and £68

Bristol is a very nice town and the Hotel is in a very good location very well connected to the major attraction , café, bar and shopping street. The hotel is perfect! New and very clean with a young and really friendly staff. The bed is perfect after a long day walking. One of the best Ibis so far.

The 20% parking discount was a laugh. Front desk stamped my parking ticket but it never registered and had to pay £32 for the 2 nights I stayed. Very very disappointed ibis. Let yourself down No time to return to the hotel due to yellow lines everywhere and couldn't stop with fear of a ticket.

We have become accustomed to a high quality of service at Ibis hotels, on this occasion this hotel fell well short; On arrival reception failed to recognise the breakfast deal that we had printed out from our online booking, grudgingly "gifting" the free meal;there was a failure of the computer system supposedly; We were greeted in our room by dead bugs...

I booked this hotel for a business trip and the location was excellent opposite the Millennium Square. Hotel was very modern, rooms were a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was the usual selection self service buffet and all tasted freshly prepared. I don't normally like hotels that have the bathroom cubicle in them however this one was well equipped...

my sister and I were able to get a twin bedded room which is often difficult in budget hotels. We arrived at 10.30am and had no problem leaving our cases in a secure room so we could go and explore until our room was ready. We asked for a quiet room at the back. It was on the second floor...

Booked a weekend stay (Friday and Saturday night) when visiting Bristol to see a show at the Hippodrome. Located in the Harbourside area I thought this hotel looked of comparable value to others, and would be a convenient location. Sadly it seems that the seemed to be full of people out for the nightlife who had no consideration for other...

Back here again. Usual standard of Ibis quality and service. Clean and well maintained with the reception area and bar coupled with the contemporary design and subdued (NOT dim) lighting make it less stressful than other options.
