All staff met were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Noise from the main road can disturb a good night's sleep especially from the seemingly endless number of ambulances rushing by. The bed was acceptable and comensurate with the cost of the room. Shower seemed underpowered but no shortage of hot water. Breakfast was a self...

Returned to Bristol for pre Christmas break, having not done the trip for 4 years. Couldn't have asked for better accommodation. Clean, welcoming, good inclusive breakfast, efficient, friendly staff and lovely pub/restaurant (Fox's Den) just across the car park.

This was a perfect place to stay prior to spending a day in Bristol. It's a ten minute drive out of town but easily reached from both the M4 and M5. Few of the city centre hotels have their own car parks but public transport links into the city from here are good. This chain have got it right. Clean,...

Just spent a night here with husband and 2 children and had a lovely time. We were checked in by a really friendly receptionist then went to our room. The room was exactly as we would expect from a Holiday Inn with a double bed, sofa bed, tv and spacious bathroom. Heating is controlled in the room so able to...

We stayed here a couple of years ago and had a good experience then, so when we needed a place to stay in Bristol, this was an obvious choice. Situated alongside the northern part of the city's ring road, it's very easy to get to from the motorways. Adequate free parking and a pub next door make it very convenient....

Good location, clean and modern, nice breakfast, comfortable. Nothing about the hotel could be described as anything other than nice, or good. It's value for money and somewhere to stay, maybe not for long. Actually, the staff were all extremely welcoming and polite. There's and old fashioned looking pub next door too, so at least you won't have to stay...

Included Breakfast is a bonus. The Sofa Bed when opened out blocked access to the window, the tea and coffee tray and the desk and TV. It was just too big for the size of room. Fortunately I folded it back as our boy could sleep on it that way.

Stayed here for four nights while visiting family over Xmas. Rooms spotlessly clean and super comfy beds. Each member of staff we met during our stay made us feel so welcome. We have recently stayed at the Marriott at Cabot's and they have a lot to learn from this hidden gem. You need a car but just a short journey...
