Stayed here a couple of years ago and it seemed ok then. Had a one night stay recently though and it's certainly looking 'well used' now. For instance the bathroom sink had a big crack in it and the window latch was broken which meant we couldn't keep the Bristol traffic noise out particularly well. I was told no other...

Looking for an overnight stay close to the city centre I booked the Travelodge Bristol Central. It really is central to the city, river and all amenities and so easy to find after travelling. Not the biggest of car parks but we found a space, paid & went to check in. The guy behind the desk was really, really friendly...

Location and value for money were spot on with this hotel and I would stay here again just for those 2 points. However it is very tired, run down and in need of a serious makeover and modernisation. The bathroom facilities especially needed totally bringing up to date, it was very old and small. The room had no hairdryer, iron,...

Stayed here for one night last week and will definitely come again. As the rest of the Bristol Hotels had put their prices through the roof (Cheltenham Races!) this was not my first choice. However having spend one night there I will definitely return. Ignoring the room - which was exceptionally clean and tidy with a comfortable bed - the...

easy access to Bristol Temple Meads Station - approx 12 min walk. Close to restaurants and other amenities. Rooms in hotel are basic but comfortable, bathroom was clean and adequate. Rooms at front of hotel could be noisy due to traffic but this was clear on the website prior to booking so no complaints. Did not pre-book breakfast but partook...

Room was filthy with the floor lifting in the bathroom. Staff interrupted breakfast and no apologies. Fire alarm went off and again staff were rude and no apologies. The location is good though. Shame the staff and rooms were so bad

Had a good relaxing stay, the hotel is very good for what I need it for. I only have one comment on the condition, it is dated and very basic. Toilet wasn't flushing properly even though there was a lot of water coming through. I think it's cause it's an old one and the shower is a bit smaller than...

We came for a business trip and booked 8 rooms. The accomodation was clean and i found the bottle opener under the desk funny. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was ok, with quality towels. So far everything was good, but then we went down for dinner. We placed the first two orders for starter and main and 10...

4 of us stayed here for a break in Bristol. The accommodation was very basic and the rooms were very dated, this is a hotel in real need of modernisation. The staff were friendly and helpful yet seemed uninspired in their jobs.
