I did enjoy spending my time here, the staff was very kind with me as I had some difficulties, the sad thing was the fact we could have a bath/ jacuzzi in our bathroom and it actually wasn't working, and they didn't do anything about it.

Stay was actually very enjoyable - but staff did not seem to know what they were doing - was asked twice to pay for the room which was paid for on arrival - very disorganised - unfortunately I left my mobile phone charger in my room - after numerous calls I managed to ascertain that they had the charger and...

I too was on the bowls tour. The whole catering strategy of this hotel needs investigating and revamping. The rooms are shabbily genteel and need a lot of tlc. A shame really, as the position is good ( although you do get a lot of ambulance sirens) and the staff we encountered mostly were pleasant and helpful. Like my colleague...

All the staff I've met have been extremely helpful and friendly. Genuine smiles on faces and made me feel welcome. The food is very reasonably priced for how good it was. Had squid starter both nights as I liked it so much! Venison lasagna 1st night and beef chilli pizza 2nd night. Pizza especially was fantastic! They do have an...

As soon as you walk through the front door into the tired, dingy and dirt corridor you know what to expect! The receptionist Marta was the most unwelcoming, unhelpful receptionist I've ever met, we had to ask about everything and were made to feel nuisance just for asking what time breakfast was! Our room was no better (see pics), it...

Booking in and out by Lara the receptionist was very efficient and Lara was always very helpful. We...

A disaster, breakfast was nonexistent we were told on the first day there was no one there to cook fried eggs the evening meal was so small portions that the tour organizer asked to speak to the manager. He told her that fish and chips consisted of prebattered frozen fish and 6 chips. She offered us a few bottles of wine...
