HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 24 February 2017

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for one night as a birthday getaway. We had booked a Privilege room (512) and we were very impressed! The room was spacious and very well decorated, with free use of the Nespresso machine and minibar. The bed was lovely and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The service that we received was brilliant,...

A great location, terrifically friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early but made welcome and room was ready. The room was overlooking the canal, very clean and comfy. Nespresso and soft drinks included. A great nights sleep followed by a delicious breakfast - great choices. I had the kipper which melted in the mouth! A decaf coffee was freshly brewed....

My husband and I stayed here while he was attending a conference at the university of Bristol. Room was clean and well designed. Breakfast was buffet style with traditional British options as well as continental style with yogurt, fruit, and bread. Also had lunch here (good) and drinks at the bar. Location is great for a tourist as you are...

Stayed here for a Saturday night as meeting up with friends from around the area. Booking in was very efficient and the rooms were if a good standard. The bar area was very popular early evening and after returning late at night. Sunday breakfast was buffet style but with a good selection of hot and cold choices. More than enough...

Lovely hotel, we arrived around 12 and were able to check in early. They gave us an upgraded room free of charge which was a lovely touch. Hotel is spotless and in a perfect location. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The only negative to this hotel is the parking, you have to park In a dingy multi story car...

I had a three day induction at Queen Square and this was the most convenient location to where I needed to be. The room was lovely and spacious. Plus I had both bathtub and shower to choose from. Highly recommended.

The location could not be better though it makes for expensive parking. Our executive room had all mod cons, including a Nespresso machine, although it broke at the 2nd use. Only used the restaurant for breakfast which was the usual satisfactory business class. Happy to stay again
