Checked in online making my arrival very quick and simple. Room key was ready and nothing to sign. As an Accor member I had received a free upgrade...

The room seemed to be new and clean, and the staff were great, however the bed was rock hard and due to the river view window not opening it became quite stuffy. Being a ACCOR club member I thought this was not quite up to to their usual standards.
