We went to Bristol fir a Dave Nachmanoff/Al Stewart Concert. We stayed at this hotel for the first time. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a good breakfast with plenty of choice. Eggs were booked to order. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa who was so friendly. She is an asset to the hotel. We will return.

On arrival staff were very friendly - we were offered cocktails in the lobby whilst checking in, which was a lovely touch. There is a car park literally next door which cost £17 for our night which you pay in the hotel reception on departure. Due to being in the city centre this is very handy as we could walk...

The best aspect of this hotel was without a doubt the staff. I have never been to a hotel where EVERY staff member clearly has your best interests in their mind all of the time, from calling the lift as they walked past, to stopping and chatting, asking if we wanted water, checking that we were happy with things... At...

Our first visit to Bristol for many years and it was a good call to stay here. Easy to find right next to the shopping area - parked in the NCP car park next door (you get a discounted £17 a day rate). Check in was simple and soon were up in our room on the 9th floor. Room was...

I have to commend the Marriott Bristol City Centre, they are truly the best! I am a frequent traveler and have spent over 260+ nights on the road in 2016. The hotel is centrally located to shopping, eating and across from a park. But, the item that makes this hotel truly exemplary is the staff. They all are extremely: professional,...

All the staff we encountered were very helpful. We requested a quiet room as on a previous visit we were put next to the lifts and it was very noisy. We were put at the end of corridor on the 8th floor and it was very quiet. We also requested a fridge, but ,unfortunately the fridge was luke warm. The...

Stayed here on 8 April as a treat for my daughter following an exhausting house move. Following excellent evening out in Bristol, we went to the hotel to get some well deserved sleep. Tried to get straight to sleep around 11:30; as it happened a dreadful noise was coming from air conditioning unit. At midnight I called reception and someone...
