I attended a three day conference here. The room was a package with the conference, so to be fair, I was expecting a lousy room. I received a moderate offering, which was disability accessible, so large, but vey dated and could do with some proper cleaning around the bathroom fittings. Ground floor view of the adjacent main road 5 metes...

Flew back from Nice (AC Marriott) to Bristol and stayed overnight. Not my first stay at this hotel but it was disrupted by Halloween and a wedding party. Great location if you want to explore Bristol but not a cheap option - the rooms are tired, the tea bags minimal and the bar prices mouth watering.

You couldn't really pick a better spot as a tourist to discover central Bristol In some respects that is the Hotel's achilles heel because I expect it is nearly always full hence Marriott don't have to work hard at it It felt a bit faded round the edges. It needs a lick of paint and a general tarting up In...

Our second visit to this hotel, and it will be our last. This time we found ourselves on the third floor in a room overlooking the river - with noise on both nights which lasted until 3am and 4am. Why?, because the double glazing is useless and the hotel know it which is why they provide earplugs in their rooms!...

Our conference of about 160 people was i believe the only one on during our stay. The biggest room was a little crowded for this number perhaps would have been less so with a different arrangement of tables. The conference room was too hot for much of the time when sat near the middle and too cold with a serious...

Still a great hotel, aging a little but still a classic place to stay. The Cathedral view rooms are great but the windows a little small to make it a real "view". We like the parking and not too expensive at a discounted rate of Pounds 16.00 per day. You can walk to many good restaurants and bars.

By UK standards you get a spacious room, well air conditioned and the beds are a delight. Breakfast is to write home about - generous, with real fresh squeezed orange juice, a hot food chef to do your omlet and all sorts of cereals, fruits, breads and pastries. Yum! The Palm Court is also a delight but on this occasion...

One night stay here, gorgeous room, extremely comfortable bed, corner bath and a complimentary bottle of red wine for my birthday. A short walk from bars and restaurants, and super convenient underground parking.
