Lovely staff, the rooms were so nice and the bed - well, I wanted to take it home with me it was so comfy! It hugged you as you laid down! The breakfast was yummy and visually it just looks so nice :)

Dear G3515EFrachelw, Thank you for the excellent review. I was happy to see you left the hotel relaxed and at ease, as well as the mattress not being taken. Stayed two nights with my partner and from the moment we checked in we were made to feel welcome. Check in was easy, car parking provided. The rooms are fine though it would have been beneficial if there was air con as the rooms where quite warm. The rooms are fine nice and comfortable nice bed, the pillows were not...

Dear RoyLichfield, Thank you for the great review. I am glad to see you had a fantastic stay with us at The Bristol Hotel. It did concern me however to see that the pillows did not live up to expectation. We do offer foam and feather pillows for a variety and I am sorry to see that we failed to...

A excellent night's stay at this comfortable hotel. Friendly staff and perfect location next to the river and plenty of restaurants in the locality. Easy walking distance to all of central Bristol's attractions.

We booked the hotel as a dinner one night stay package for our anniversary and it was fantastic. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room was luxurious and the three course dinner was stunning. Breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect down the harbour, close to the city centre but with its own pubs...

We stayed here for two nights. There was an error with the room and we were given a standard double bed instead of a twin room. We were upgraded to a Queens size bed and have to thank Brett for being so calm and helpful. However the new room was a bit tired and jaded. The breakfast was lovely but...

Dear Deborah050, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review of your stay. I was glad to see you had an overall good experience with us and completely take on all comments made about the little things. When all of these add up they can lead to a disappointing stay, something we will always aim to...

Stayed here for 4 nights recently for a family event. We had 3 under 4 year old children with us which could've been a nightmare but the staff here were brilliant and made us so welcome. Every member of staff was kind and considerate. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and great service. Room service was fast and tasty...

Recently stayed here for business with customers from Australia and overall the hotel had friendly staff and a great location. The room was a good size and reasonably good value for money. The restaurant menu would be improved with a few more options.

Dear chrisW308ON, Thank you for your recent feedback. We are always aiming to improve our business and our offering that we provide. We do sell a menu more specific to the grill side off food, with multiple fresh fish specials available daily, however I have raised this concern with the head chef and we will review the number of choices...

Everything about this hotel was excellent, with the breakfast having THREE types of meaty sausage. My only gripes are that it was a little hard to find the hotel in the first place and that the bathroom door had opaque glass in it instead of a solid door - very European, but not to my taste I'm afraid.
