Just in support of Steves comments we were there as a group of 30 this past weekend. The aforementioned dirty underwear is still under the bed in St George's room where the toilet nor shower work. The toilet seat on the top floor is broken and when the toilet is flushed it makes such a loud noise it wakes the majority of the house up. On arrival- we had the room at the top of the house with 7 beds in it and an equal number of dead flies on the windowsill. The house needs a good clean. Chairs in the conservatory are mostly broken and there was a panel of glass on one of the doors smashed.
