The Hotel is in a great location and the price was ok for the Albany area. It was very basic but it has everything you need in a Hotel Room and it was very clean and tidy. Staff at Reception were very lovely and helpful.

Spent two nights, busy day schedules, was nice to come back to relax, have a beer. Compact studio, two single beds, self contained until with functional resources. Had a bag of laundry, so it was very good to wash, dry before checking out with clean fresh clothes. Easy parking in secure hotel car park. Restaurants, and cafes near by. Bigger...

I've stayed here on a number of business trips over the past couple of years. It offers everything that you need in terms of size & cleanliness of the room as well as the convenience of a kitchenette, washing machine & dryer so you can be completely self-contained if you so wish. WiFit is also good although you have to...

I ended up here after being unable to find any accommodation in Auckland City. The self contained apartments are very nice - modern and well equipped. The one I was in had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and was airy and spacious. The hotel is all apartments, there is no restaurant or bar. However, there is a great selection of...

The hotel is tucked in behind the Albany Village and very close to a number of restaurants. It pays to check the reception hours to make arrival and departure easier. The rooms are small but they do have everything - washing machine, dryer, microwave, stove, toaster, iron, air-conditioning, TV (albiet small screen). The hotel has arranged charge-back facilities with a...

After our gps insisted that the Oteha Valley Rd Extension was in fact Kell Drive, we stopped and asked for directions and found the Quest Albany behind the main st of Albany. Staff said that it does happen occasionally so be aware! The staff were very helpful and made our room available early as we had come in on an...

Quest is tucked away off the main street in Albany. It has everything that one needs and is within close walking distance of several local restaurants and breakfast cafes. Most of these are able to be charged back to your room. For dinner I'd recommend either Kohinoor, Thai Chef or The Wine Box. The facilities include a small kitchen with...

Once I got past the late evening check in issue was very happy with this location. I live in hotels, as a new arrival to area in late evening in the dark, was extremely hard to find as physical location is 200m away from address. Poor signage & after hours malfunctioning lock box made for frustrating check in. Once we...

Albany is full of "big box" developments and cheek by jowl apartments, but behind the shops in the old village and within easy walking distance of everywhere is Quest Albany. All mod cons, just like every Quest I have stayed in, secure parking and really quiet rooms. Super friendly reception staff as well.
