Hotel Hutnik is a quite average hotel.
It is located close the city center of Stalowa Wola (English: Iron Will)

If you are a tourist there are quite a few attractions around, such as lovely villages close to a lake, where you can relax surrounded by nature.

Thank maciejbosak

Had a room on the ground floor on the hallway through which everyone walked to the hotel restaurant. The hallway floor is made of planks which are creaking and cracking and the noise when someone passes just is too much. The bed sheets were rough and worn with some holes. I don't think the housekeeping visited my room even once during my stay. The hotel itself is worn and out of date and doesn't meet up with the modern day standards.

Hotel restaurant serves breakfast which is better than nothing, although the instant coffee is just hideous. I made the mistake of eating one dinner in the restaurant as well the night I arrived. The soup was actually pretty good, but the chicken I had was just overcooked to a piece of "hard wood".

Hotel staff is not fluent with their English thus you should expect some language barrier if you don't speak Polish or Russian.

Paying some 30+€ per night is ..well maybe in line with the standards this hotel has to offer.

Considering there are only two hotels in the town there isn't much of a choice (only stayed at this one during the duration of the trip).

The hotel is fairly cheap 131 zloty a night, but there is no air condition, old furniture, smells quite old, gets very hot at night and the bed wasn't that big ( I couldn't stretch my legs in a couples bed). However, its not dirty or bad service simply a old hotel. At the end of the day it's wasn't a pleasant stay but manageable.

The location of the hotel is good, in a quite quiet neighbourhood, but the hotel was a disappointment to us. The entrance has been renovated in art deco style and it certainly looks very nice, but our impression changed quickly when we got the room. The first one the staff gave us was a room with 'double' bed that was really narrow (around 100 cm). The second room they suggested stank of old cigarets and the third one was dirty. We decided to take the fourth one, that was located in the newer part of the hotel. It was newer and better, but not very clean and the double bed was narrow too. There was no air condition. The bathroom was very big, with a lot of empty space. Generally, the room gave an impression of being renovated/built in the 1990's, not very clean and not very functional. We also visited the restaurant in the hotel: while the food was good, the staff was not very professional, although friendly.
Generally, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel can be described as a cheap alternative, but it is doubtful if they should keep the three stars that they have today. A total renovation in art deco style could make the hotel a lovely place!
