Very nice accommodations in a great house. In owners are very charming and funny! Great breakfast in the AM. Can't say enough good things about it. Golfed at nearby Cabot links as it's right down the road. Would highly recommend this wonderful B&B.

We had a wonderful stay here thanks to Pam and Alistair. A very comfortable room with a great view of the garden and sea. Delicious breakfast both mornings. The inn was well situated for our drive along the Cabot Trail. Would love to return in the future

My husband and our friends first B&B.The guys were golfing at the Cabot Links courses and it was very close to them. We were very early for our check-in and it was raining but were warmly welcomed. Macleod's was decorated with such local charm, rooms bedding was top notch. Alistar proved to be the perfect host along with his wife Pam...

We had a great stay at the Macleod Inn. Alistair and Pam were welcoming, extremely helpful and gave us plenty of good local recommendations. The morning breakfast is also fantastic so if you're staying in Inverness, definitely don't look past staying here.

We loved the Inn... so comfortable and really pretty.... great homemade breakfast made by our hostess and host.... would have stayed there the whole time but we had already booked the rest of our stay at the Cabot Lodge...which is also quite special... We were in Inverness to play the Cabot Links and Cliffs and couldn't get into the Resort for accommodations. And I am so glad we didn't as we had the most perfect stay with Pam and Alistair at the MacLeod Inn. This is no typical B&B, the design is sleek yet warm, updated yet charming, well maintained and very, very...

A perfect home base for our two day visit to Cape Breton. The inn is beautiful, spotless and all very recently upgraded (so much so that I didn't recognize it from a stay back in 2009!). Pam and Alistair are wonderful hosts, providing a warm welcome and delicious french toast or scrambled eggs in the morning. Pam also provided local...

We stumbled onto this wonderful gem a little by accident but this happens often to us and so happy it did. Pam and Allistair are just super people and hosts. Their facility is first class, super clean and all remodeled. The proximity to the Cabot Links golf course could not be better. Thanks for a great memory. Best BB around

We arrived on a Friday morning in August to MacLeod Inn for two nights. We were informed that Air Canada had lost our entire luggage and golf clubs and we had a tee time at 12:26 pm that day on Cabot Links.Alistair said "Don't worry. What size shoe do you wear? We will let you borrow our golf shoes, golf...
