I am staying in this hotel from last 10 years frequently. It's Very clean and well maintained rooms and bathrooms. All Linen and towels here were so clean. Stay was really comfortable. Staffs are helpful. Buffet breakfast was exceptional with wide variety and tasty items. Bar services make more effective.

Standard room with poor interiors , noisy with trafific and no glazed windows and expensive.Bath had shower curtains and not partition. Normal hotel should have been better. Food was tatsty and customer service was good.

Been a loyal guest since 2005. Always has been a good experience, especially the food, bar and surroundings. This time was oddly unpleasant due to renovation work. The room was hastily allotted to us without preparing it. Quick response from the hospitality executive who redeemed the situation for us. The management has been informed, and has promised improved processes.

Good location, Clean & nice staff. Located very close to the shopping road & east to move. Reception was good hassle-free . House keeping also very good. Morning complementary breakfast was sufficient. Property was good and neat & clean. We enjoyed the business trip

The property is maintained impeccably with comfortable rooms with all modern amenities. Food is top notch and they have a wide variety of cuisines. Customer service from the front office to the housekeeping staff was extremely nice and they make you feel welcomed. A special mention for Mr Rajesh, the General Manager who has done a terrific job with the overall running and upkeep of this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended place when visiting Karur.
