Without wishing to question some of the suspiciously "glowing:" reviews I see on here, my experience was slightly different although I did enjoy my stay. On check in I was allocated a room on the ground floor facing the rear of the property. The ground floor corridor smelled of damp. The room itself smelled of stale sweat, dampness and mildew. Plus, no phone signal . I rejected this room and was given a room on the first floor , facing the car park, which was of the normal standard you'd expect from Premier Inn . So after a false start I had a good stay thanks to the excellent staff. Not sure what's going on with the ground floor but they do need to get it sorted out. I'd stay here again no problem but not on the ground floor.

The staff were absolutely incredible!! Nothing was ever too much, and made the check in & out process very seamless. The bed was so comfortable and the room was a great size! The breakfast was good, and we overall really enjoyed our stay! It was the best premier inn we have stayed at, and honestly one of the best hotels in terms of staff friendliness and the service.

Great stay once again:-) . Room was nice and clean, affordable price and staff were helpful and friendly. Especially Fiona, who was there when we went for breakfast. She was so friendly, bubbly and so helpful. My two boys thought she was great. Fiona recognised us as we had stayed earlier on in the year. She really did go above and beyond for us. Krys the chef was also very helpful and my boys said the breakfast was one of the best they had eaten :-) We will definitely be back soon

As always with Prmeier Inn fantastic stay, clean comfortable room. Martin was an absolute credit to your company, he sorted us out with extra tea/coffee and pointed us in the right direction in the breakfast room. Breakfast was delicious 10/10 to the chef. Will return.

Always stay here for Christmas day for family visit nearby. Great comfortable rooms and lovely reception staff. We stay at Premiere Inns wherever practicable as they are so reliably, comfortable, clean and great value.

Excellent staff. Fiona at breakfast was very friendly & helpful also made fantastic porridge. Our room was very well cleaned by Laura. All made us have a great stay over. The Bruce restaurant, next door was a great place to eat & drink. Service was excellent & friendly staff. After a long drive this is very welcome. Many thanks.

Lovely place, this is our second stay and again have been made feel so welcome by staff and the efforts with my family. Also the breakfast room is very clean and food is great! I do really reccomend it for a stay we will certainly be back

Stayed at the premier inn in Larbert yet again and wasn’t disappointed. I always stay here when visiting family. The rooms are pristine and spacious and all the staff are lovely. Martin got us checked in promptly and in the morning we had a delicious breakfast

The staff were amazing the breakfast was so good and you got your eggs freshly cooked and the room was amazing. I would stay here again and again nothing better coming back to a nice warm hotel room after a long day at work or out in the cold.
