We stopped on a road trip east and stayed in room 5 complete with dinner and breakfast. Both were much better than we expected. The staff was helpful getting us settled and pointed us in the right direction to sample a few wineries then go for a hike. The spa service was good according to my wife. If one looks...

My husband and I had a lovely time at the Claramount Inn this past weekend. It is a beautiful historic building and we had a very nice suite - #5. The suite was quite spacious and contained many antique furniture pieces, which added to the ambiance of the place. The many windows overlook the harbour and the suite includes its...

We stayed here for two nights over the Easter weekend. I had eaten here many times years ago when I lived in Picton and after the establishment was newly renovated. However this was the first time I had slept here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely furnished with antiques. The exterior needs a...

We stayed for 4-days in March 2017, enjoying breakfast each morning and dinner for two nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. One of the cleaning staff heard me comment on how much I liked one of the chairs in the 2nd floor landing and suggested I move it into our room for added comfort. It became my "cuddle up...

I found the room and bed were comfortable, furnished with somewhat shabby "antiques", though the bathroom was beautiful and the soaker tub was appreciated. My biggest issue would be that some of the staff were unprofessional. We were informed that we would not have a choice for our dinner, something vague about the chef preparing for a weekend event (?)....

We did a last minute getaway to Prince Edward County, Picton and the Claramount Inn. We stayed in suite 2. The suite is beautiful and spacious with beautiful antique furnishings, comfortable bed and bathroom with over the top soaker tub. Our stay included dinner and breakfast. Dinner was awesome and exceeded our expectations. Service from reservation to check in to...

This place is absolutely disgusting! Management are rude, staff incompetent and rooms are rundown. There are better places to stay in Prince Edward County. Pay more for somewhere nicer so you actually enjoy your stay!

Stayed here for a weekend in February as a getaway with a friend. Room- we stayed in the smaller unit beside the main house. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The deck had a beautiful view of the bay area. Restaurant- the food was hit and miss. We had the two night package so we...

We rented the Bayview Cottage. The cottage is in need of a serious update to furnishings and appliances. It was like staying your grandmas house, but not in a good way. It was very cold and drafty. Though someone had used the fireplace previously we were told we could not. The food was mediocre and the small hot tub was...

Overall our stay was decent...a few areas to note: -we stayed in suite 3, the room was lovely and very clean. If you like to sleep in the dark this room is not for you. The light from the balcony door and the bathroom was distracting. Also note there is no door on the bathroom, only the toilet area. -...
