Warm and welcoming with a gorgeous outlook over the bay. Our two day stay started on a positive note when Irene allowed us to put our bags into our room hours before check-in. Irene goes the extra mile in every regard making sure our stay was perfect. A very intimate and caring B and B. Breakfast was fresh and delicious...

Irene is a perfect host in a lovely home. She goes out of her way to ensure that you enjoy all the town has to offer. Wine, restaurant, and sightseeing recommendations, she even contacted us ahead of time to make dinner reservations. King bed was very comfortable (duck room) and breakfast (juice, coffee, fruit, muffins, toast, western omelet one day...

We had three very special nights at this B&B where our hosts, Irene and Bill, treated us and all their guests with care and attention, so that everything one could possibly expect or want from a B&B experience is available. I was especially aware of the little details that are sometimes overlooked by hosts, such as a good night-light in...

This was our first time trying a Bed & Breakfast and we were very impressed. Irene and Bill have a beautiful home with a gorgeous lakefront- great to enjoy the view from their deck. They work very hard to keep the place pristine, and are very welcoming people. A really good location in Prince Edward County to be able to...

My husband and I just returned from 2 glorious nights at this delightful B&B in Prince Edward County. We stayed in the Loon room which is the smallest but very cozy. Irene was kind enough to give us a large closet just outside of the room to help us store our bags. Irene and Bill were fantastic hosts. The property...

My husband and I spent two nights at Duck and Loon. Although our room was small, (We, chose the Loon) it was very clean, comfortable and with a wonderful vista towards the front garden. Irene and Bill were fabulous host. Both are kind, warm, charming and very helpful in every way. Hope to come back in the near future.!!

We spent our anniversary in Picton and had a wonderful stay at Duck and Loon BB for two nights. Irene and Bill are extraordinary hosts. Not only did they make our dinner reservation; they also planned out a day for us that included a visit to the beach, three wineries and two cheese factories. They gave us complimentary wine tasting...

Irene and Bill were outstanding hosts inviting us into their immaculate home. Every aspect of service was excellent. We had a wonderful time there, and they were very helpful in helping us have a great time visiting Prince Edward County, from reserving a restaurant (a great dinner) to helping with directions and road conditions for cycling. I would highly recommend...

Our Bayview room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the bay. Breakfasts were great. Homemade muffins and fresh fruit followed by a heartier dish every morning were always a good start to our busy days. We were here on a business trip but stayed an extra day to explore the area. Irene suggested a few sites to...
