Booked our room 7 months in advance, but were put in the room right beside the laundry room. The smell and the noise of the machines was terrible.....couldn't even sit outside on the patio and enjoy a cup of coffee because of it. The room itself was nothing special. The carpet was extremely thin and had a few large stains...

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of our recent visit to the Canadian Princess. I apologize for the placement of your rooms, I can understand the frustration that you must have felt when you arrived after having booked seven months in advance. I have reviewed with my team to processes for advanced bookings in the hopes...

We wanted a change from fine dining and settled on this terrific venue at the harbour.. Both the beer and the wine were excellent and we enjoyed some terrific fish and chips. Service friendly, location great, a thoroughly enjoyable evening meal at a very reasonable price. We might return tomorrow for the lamb curry!

Original booking asked for ground room as my cousin has a bad heart. Put us in 2nd floor room. Requested skipper Keith. Confusion over large craft vs small. Confusion over fish processing at fish house. Courtney came to our rescue. I would rate 2 girls at breakfast #1, one of which was at lunch #1 and Courtney #1 and the...

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of our recent visit to the Canadian Princess. I am so sorry to hear about the confusion you experienced during your visit to the Canadian Princess Fishing Lodge & Marine Adventures. All of our loft suites are located on the second floor of the buildings, I apologize that this was...

We have been here in the past and nothing ever changes. The buildings need renovating and the rooms are clean but dated. A nice place to come to relax and if you're feeling adventurious fishing or whale watching tours are available. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean serving an affordable variety of dishes. The fishing charters are...

Thank you for providing your feedback about your recent visit. It’s great to hear from guests who come back each season to get out on the water and experience all that the west coast has to offer. Having operated out of Ucluelet for the past 35 years, our cozy rooms provide a feelings that suites the rustic rainforest backdrop. I...

The staff and crew were awesome! Food was great and much better than in the past. Great fishing, limiting out the first day with a total of 74 fish on our boat. Couldn't ask for a better Captain and First Mate. Incredible value for the price.

We stayed there the week of July 31st - August 2nd, 2015. Check-in was great, we especially appreciated the front desk clerk we had. She was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Our room was simple with 2 queens, however one thing to note is that the bathroom sink is outside the toilet room - minor,...

Thank you for your review of your recent visit, I’m happy to see that you had a great time other than a minor disruption on the boat. We stayed here only one night. When we drove in we immediately found parking, the check in was fast and the staff was friendly. The lodge was at the marina, so the views were good. These are the cons. Our hotel room was dark and dated and was very basic. No fridge, wifi, iron, etc. The carpet is very cheap...

Thank you for your feedback on your recent visit. In regard to amenities, our friendly front desk agents are able to provide a refrigerators for rooms upon request based on availability. In terms of the WiFi, the remoteness of the town on the west coast of Vancouver Island, while providing amazing scenery, limits what we can currently provide; we are...

This was a great trip. I was expecting more from the bottom fishing adventure but we had a great time on the kingfisher and would highly recommend this to everyone with a group of two to four people. Ucluelet is a beautiful place and the fishing is always good.
