We arrived here after driving 300 miles down the Alaskan Highway from Tok, still vibrating from the state of the gravel road and the road construction. We had a very nice room and a great nights sleep - the best since arriving in Alaska more than a week ago. The continental breakfast was excellent in the beautifully situated restaurant. It... More

We couldn't get a spot at the RV parks in Haines Junction (one closed, but it's website was still taking bookings) so we had to use a hotel even with our RV. Glad we did. Clean, large rooms. Functional, had a fridge and coffee maker. Lovely friendly staff, the housekeeping was inconspicuous and spick and span. The breakfast (included) was... More

My wife and I stayed overnight at the Raven during our Alaskan travels. Don't let the location deter you. Haines Junction is just that - a very small town at the junction of two highways. It's really just an overnight stop. However, the Raven is not just a hotel - it's a little gem in the remote Yukon. A lovely... More

We stayed here on our way back from Alaska. Had our nearly 3 Week holiday prebooked. This little gem is so worth the stop. Clean and comfy rooms, friendly staff. Our group took over the second floor deck for wine and snacks the night we arrived. Beautiful. Great breakfast the next morning. Just a block away from a little bakery.... More

Stayed here one night while traveling through. Very nice and clean hotel. Modern decor that obviously was professionally designed. Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Gave me a good recommendation where to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

Sadly for the excellent and progressive management of the Raven, in our view Haines Junction is not really a destination and more of a one-nighter on the road to somewhere else. Despite really being an up-market motel, the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable; the continental breakfast was fresh, varied, imaginative and served in an attractive spacious dining room... A very comfortable small boutique hotel in a remote part of Yukon along the Alaska Highway. Not many choices to consider in this small town but the Raven will not be a disappointment! It was clean and up to date, with comfortable bed. There's a nice little patio with table and chairs to enjoy in the back as well. The... More

Excellent service, bedroom is really nice with good quality equipments. We got room 5 at the back and it was really quite, anyway you don't expect traffic on the road during the night. Shame that the restaurant does not operate as it would certainly be the best place for dinner. Their is a chinese restaurant above the road that is... More

This is a small hotel at a major junction on the Alaska Highway. The room was very large, spotless with very confortable bed. The complimentary continental breakfast was well laid out and extremely good. Great views from the dining area too.

We picked this hotel because we hadn't decided whether to travel up from Skagway via Haines or Whitehorse, and this hotel would have been a convenient place to break our journey up to Fairbanks whichever route we chose. I was a little dubious on booking about the quality of accommodation we would find, as it was so much cheaper than... More
