There were 2 people at the front desk when I checked in and one was on the phone saying they were sold out for the weekend and had 2 different conventions at hotel. It was Friday. My rate included breakfast but I was not given a voucher. The front desk person mentioned it so I thought that it was just...

Stayed here for the August long weekend. It was one of the only hotels available. First impression of this pink palace from the lobby was good. Cute atrium and pool area and nice seating area. That's where the cute ended. The hallways smelled very strong of smoke and even though our room was non smoking it smelled very strong of...

This room was booked for me and paid by someone else. Such a cute place. My friends and I loved it. Property very clean. Great restaurant, bar and a trio singing and playing music. Loved it! Only complaint was the mildew in the bathroom.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you want to be close to the border. The rooms are quite large and spacious. The hotel pool is done is a grotto style and it is actually in the middle of the hotel which was a neat feature. Just one note of caution about with this hotel is the amount...

We had a very beautiful wedding out side, and our reception was in one of many banquet rooms. Everything was decorated and taken care of. The food was excellent, and the staff did an exceptional job! We just had to show up with our marriage commissioner. Everything was done for us!

Thank you! We had recently visited your hotel (this past week) for a baseball tourney. We had a fantastic time! Your staff was very welcoming and professional. The check in process was simple, quick and smooth. We had a fantastic time (wish it was for longer) But thank you regardless!!!!

Front desk lady gave poor service, our first room smelt like an ashtray, left over chicken wing bones in hallway , stain on bed in our new room after we complained. No one told us breakfast was only till nine then the hostess said we could have cold breakfast. Never staying again . Worst hotel ever and our key cards...

We unfortunately stayed on July 10th and 11th. Upon check out at approx. 9:00 am Sunday morning the blonde at the reception desk was more concerned with filing her nails than helping us with erroneous charges applied to our room. Will never stay at the Pink Palace again and will definitely not recommend to friends. Very disappointed with front end...

The dirtiest building I've ever been in. From the rotten moldy ceiling tiles in the front lobby all the way to the black mold around the non functional air conditioner and the sticky carpet that smells like puke and dirty feet. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO CATCH A DISEASE! !
