Hotel's Favourite
Our vacation was from August 24th thru August 30th 2021. We had a great time!! This is my first time visiting since the renovations. The hotel is very clean. All of the staff were very nice! We were in a junior ocean front suite. Our view was awesome!! We tried all of the restaurants. I think the best steak was at the Kulinarium, it had the best flavor. The steak at the Steak house was tender, but not much flavor. The Mandalay was ok, the waiter wasn't so great. The Italian restaurant was good, but it took an hour to get our entres. The buffet at St Ann was good. The curry chicken didn't have proper seasoning. The jerk chicken by the pool wasn't seasoned well either. The covid tests for our return home trip were fast and easy. We got our results in about 2 hours. Kemar at the front desk was very nice. He checked us in quickly. Our room wasn't available when we arrived, but we ate lunch and walked around. Our room was ready by 3:30. A special shout out to Stacy our waitress several times for breakfast at St Ann. She was great!! She remembered our drinks and was very friendly! Overall our vacation was great. I think I was a little nervous about covid, so I probably won't return until the rate of cases goes down, but that's not the hotels fault at all. The country was in lockdown for several days while we were there, so we couldn't leave the hotel on those days. There was also a daily curfew. We did go the Dolphin Cove on a day movement was allowed. The hotel was kept very clean and you were temperature checked and given hand sanitizer before entering any of the restaurants.

Everything about this place was top notch. From the excellent food, to the immaculate rooms and nice bathroom. living area and balcony. We had a great view with the ocean on the left and the mountains on the right. Truly a beautiful place. The shows at nice were incredible and the music very enjoyable. The people couldn't be any friendlier. Always saying hi in passing and always making sure you had what you needed. The bus ride was about 2 hours from the airport but once you get there it's well worth it. This is somewhere I would recommend to anybody and will be back myself.
