I stayed at sunset motel when travelling in Alberta. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, the room is clean and well cared. Room has a microwave, bar fridge and coffeemaker, TV and comfortable beds.

Stopped here as a last minute stay while passing through on an Alaska to North Carolina motorcycle ride. Just the basics, nothing fancy, nice staff, low price, clean room and quiet surroundings. Next door to an A&E restaurant and a service station which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

We stay at the Sunset when we're visiting family in the area. It's not fancy, but it's an excellent value, scrupulously clean and quiet. There is a glass foyer in front of all the rooms and so it's toasty warm even on the coldest, most windy winter days. The suite we had contained a separate bedroom, a nice seating area...

I would like to express our appreciation coming to you after a long and dreary trip from Regina! It was a wonderful suite with a separate bedroom, clean, well laid out, inexpensive and dog friendly!. Especially appreciated was the "sound barrier wall" separating the traffic noise from the suite. We highly recommend Sunset Hotel for any weary Crowsnest Hwy traveler!

We were headed to BC on my b-day vacay & needed to stop for a night. Travelling with our 2 dogs. This place was basic, clean & had amenities within a 1 min walk (& very affordable). 0$ pet fees & our room was just off the main highway but didn't hear any traffic. Awesome and friendly owner/reception! Definitely would...

We needed a stop before Calgary to see the head smashed in buffalo jump site and looking at previous reviews we gave this a go and were very impressed. We had the suite as this was very well priced and was well maintained, clean and spacious. The staff were very nice, helpful and full compliments goes to them. The wifi...

Don and Connie Hunter run this family motel, and were so friendly and helpful. Don's directions to get us to our next destination while avoiding Calgary were excellent, and saved us a lot of headaches. This motel had a great glassed in porch all around, so the rooms were further protected from the elements. After crossing into Canada and suddenly...

I stayed here on my way to BC. The owner was polite. The room and the whole motel is outdated although the owners are making a good effort to try to keep it up-to-date, especially in the room. The breakfast is not a big deal but for the price and the good night sleep it is acceptable value.

Very good price for 2 couples as you can rent a suite for less than 100.00 a night where you get your own separate sleeping areas with separate entrances to the bathroom....clean and the most comfortable motel beds I have ever slept in...nice continental breakfast of juice yogurt muffins toast oatmeal ....it was a little warm in the main area...

Can't beat this place for the price..Nothing fancy but it is clean, the water is hot, and it costs half what you would pay in a newer place with a name. Better wifi than I have gotten in hotels with 250 dollar rooms, for less than 100 for a suite.
