We recently stayed at this hotel with our children. Although it's location is convenient, the hotel needs better management and there are many health and safety issues. We've tried contacting them with our concerns and have not had a response from them. - The children's play structure is not as advertised. The website shows a brand new built structure. The one on the property is old, dangerous and falling apart. There were pieces missing, and steps laying on the ground with nails in the wood. - Our room was not very clean at all, as well as mold growing on the wall between the beds, on the floor and the bed skirt. This is absolutely a health and sanitation issue. The beds have not been cleaned under, and I know this because there was a child's tie under the one bed. We had only 2 girls with us, so the room was not fully cleaned prior to us arriving. There was also dirt and debris as well as something spilled under the bed. Again, see photos attached. - The 'mountain view' that we thought we would have was of a garbage dumpster in the back, with skunks roaming the property. Not as advertised.

Chambre ordinaire, Lit trop haut, 5pi2 tres difficile à grimper, bain trop haut, pas de rampe pour se tenir. Déjeuner correct mais il manque des fruits et différentes brioches. Je n y retournerai pas.
