WE spent a week at the mountain side villas, and had a record snowfall. Which meant we could not travel to other destinations for day trips. Well we decided to hit the ski hill. Fresh powder and ski passes that wre half the price of neaby Panorama. The hill is not as big or runs as varied, but the whole...

We found the change rooms to be very very dirty. Change cubical doors were broken, either off, or unlatch able. Walkway to pool is very poor, with crumbling cement and muddy surfaces . Pool itself is in drastic need of repair with broken concrete. Men's bathroom smelled very foul. Sidewalk to pool area was Unshoveled and very Icy. Even the...

Went for family ski weekend and in short it was memorable and we will be back. I'm sure everyone has their favourite but Fairmont was average or better across the board. From rooms to service from the hot springs to skiing we had a pretty nice family weekend. Thanks to the staff.

I love Fairmont Hot Springs summer and winter. It is a great place to relax. Last November my husband and I spent 3 glorious days at the Resort. I found a package deal for a 2 night stay, with breakfast and dinner included, for 2 people. The price started at $159 per night, but I opted for a room upgrade,...

Stopped in on our roadtrip, just for a swim in the pool. It was cold and snowy and the dash from the changerooms was very cold, but once we hit the water we were warm and toasty. The pool itself is in need of a refurbishment, but the water is HOT - you can move around to find the ideal...

We spent Christmas at Fairmont Hot Springs this year. First of all, the booking experience - upon trying to connect with them via their phone system for reservations, I found that the system was not working. After about 5 tries to connect to reservations, I did manage to get through only to find that they were closed . . .this...

What a lovely spot to wind down and relax. Cosy, knotty pine lined rooms, very clean, lovely pools, public and private, breakfast included which was delicious. Bar was fine for supper, they were playing a quiz game, lots of fun, food was good.

This was the last stop of our Alberta car trip, and the best part was the hot springs. Totally wonderful, we enjoyed that very much. The hotel is okay, has probably seen better days as far as decor. We had a room on the upper level not far from the parking lot, but had a balcony overlooking the landscape, quite...

we attended the 3 day weekend package that included 2 wine receptions, all breakfasts and dinners as well as the very pleasant hotel guest thermal hot pool. We attended the same event last year and had to do it again. We met some very interesting people, had great conversations and enjoyed the cheese, etc. with the wine samples of BC...

We stayed recently with our hockey team for a tournament. They went beyond what any other hotel does for hockey teams. They had rooms setup in the lower level for the kids to hang out in (playing mini sticks, Xbox, movies, etc) so that they weren't running around bothering other guests. The attached hot springs was beautiful and the Christmas...
