High quality, worth the money. $230.00 NZD for one night for the wheelchair room with king bed and single bed. Classy, elegant, stylish. Reminded me of the 5-star hotel I once visited in Downtown Manhattan, New York.Well worth the money.. The freebies were unexpected and very

Hello, Sam. Indeed it has been very sad and we do offer our sincerest apologies for what transpired during your stay with us. We rarely encounter problems with our smoke alarms as its batteries need replacement only once a year & it was unfortunate that it happened during your stay. We have also noticed that it is located on a high ceiling making battery replacement quite difficult so we are already arranging for its transfer to a much accessible location. We make sure that all calls will be answered to even after office hours and we have thoroughly checked our phone records and we haven't found a call from your number during those times although our staff on duty that day has taken note of your complaint and have elevated it to management for proper action. We have had guests come into the room that you occupied after you left and have noted no complaints so far with the hot shower system. What we are thinking is that at times, it takes a couple of minutes for hot water to reach the shower but nevertheless we will also be asking a plumber to check it in case it is in need of repair. We have been saddened at how your stay with us turned out. We always work hard to satisfy our guests and as such occurrences rarely happen with us, we do apologise that it occurred during your time with us.

I stayed in Anzac Court Motel for 6 nights in October - best motel I have stayed in, Fabulous location, very clean, nice large room and extra comfy bed. A short walk to Takapuna shops and restaurants and 5 mins to the Harbour Bridge. I highly recommend this motel.
