We arrived on a very rainy night. It was a last minute decision to stay in a North Hadley. We were greeted by a lovely lady who spoke perfect English. We received our choice of a square of delicious chocolate after we checked in. Our room was very small but clean and the bed soooo comfortable. We both slept very...

Thank you so much Brenda for this warm review! ...and my perfect english!! :) We are delighted that you have appreciated your bed ...and breakfast! As you booked a small your with double bed, i thought that the small room with queen bed would have make you happy... You should have told me that you needed a tv and a...

This auberge is cute and the breakfast part of the B&B was outstanding. The rooms although adequate are very basic and if you are not on the top floor you can hear people walking around on the floor above you, even if they are not directly above you. Chocolate is the theme of this auberge and there are aphorisms related...

Our room was bright, huge and overlooked the river. The hosts were friendly, attentive and excellent cooks. The food was wonderful. The area is fabulous to tour. We saw beautiful colors everywhere as the leaves were in full oranges, reds and yellows.

A group of us were travelling from Vermont to Quebec and had heard that North Hatley was a great place to visit en route. Choosing this place off the Internet was one of our best decisions. Beautiful quiet rooms, though small, were perfect for an overnight stay. The beds were really comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and there...

Stayed here last night, and was very pleased, the hosts are extremely cordial. They greet you with chocolate. Our room had a spectacular view of the lake, a fireplace and a jacuzzi. The room was clean the bed comfortable and the breakfast gourmand. Would highly recommend it for a romantic get away with your wife or secretary.

One night stay in quaint B&B. Hosts were very responsive to our changing rooms at last notice and made sure we were comfortable. Village is very picturesque and interesting shops. Lake was beautiful. Breakfast was included and was very good. First for having melted White Chocolate for spreading on my gluten free toast.

When my parents and I arrived, eager to spend an overnight get-away in North Hatley after visiting Bishop's University where my daughter will be attending university, we had only one room booked under my name. I had reserved two rooms and had my confirmation email to show. Alas, every room was booked. While the owner offered to call Le Cachet,...

As we told you, Snowyknoll, we are very upset of the situation (one room instead of two). We did our best to fix it but your parents said no gently to every propositions we did. We even thought that they were gone to some relatives or another place they knew in the area. That is the reason why we proposed...

I stayed there for a couple of nights during a business trip that lasted about 20 days. It was with no doubt the best hotel during my trip. The host is really nice and the food is great. I really enjoyed my time there, it is a shame I had to work and was not able to spend more time...

This quaint delightful auberge is situated in the middle of a beautiful scenic village with craft, and antique stores and wonderful cafes and restaurants. The auberge faces a beautiful lake which is surrounded by amazing flowers. The town definitely has a European feel yet only 2 hours from the Vermont border. Sheer paradise. The auberge is completely charming and the...

Nestled at the head of the lake in a beautiful, peaceful village, the Auberge provides picturesque and characterful lodgings. My room overlooking the river was quiet, cool and comfortable. The inn also provides a common room complete with wonky pool table - more borrows than the greens at Augusta! The highlight, of course, is the chocolate-themed menu - lots of...
