Had planned on staying at this B&B for this coming Canada Day. We had booked well in advance. After several months the owner calls us to inform us that they would have to double the already agreed upon rate for Canada Day. While I certainly appreciate that a modest increase due to the Canada Day Celebrations would be in order,... More

This was a great place. The greeting from the owner was wonderful. She provided us with a map and some information on the area. It's right next to the museum of history. The room was very clean. There were quite a few items in the room for breakfast (croissant/bagel/ hard mobiles eggs/yogurt). Was a nice walk to parliament. Definitely a... More

This is a clean, quiet, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, roomy B&B! As and added bonus Elizabeth, the young owner is welcoming and delightful. The entire decor of this home is a reflection of her own lovely nature. We will always stay here when we come to Hull.

This B&B is good but has some flaws, if the owner address these flaws this B&B can become excellent. So, first I'll list the good points: 1) big, clean, confortable and spacious room with air conditioner and wi-fi internet. 2) excellent price, probably cheaper than Ottawa's B&Bs. 3) the owner is very friendly and helpful. 4) the location, just in... I'd recommend this Auberge (small inn) to anyone seeking reasonably priced accommodation within walking distance of Ottawa's main attractions, the Parliament Buildings and the National Art Gallery (also close to the Byward Market and downtown shopping). And it is only a one-minute walk to the Museum of Civilization and to the network of paved walking/biking trails which go for miles... More
