This owner tries hard to maintain an appealing property. Closes at 10:00 PM full or not, eliminates late night drunks , rowdies, undesirables, etc. They have "packages" tickets included for Granby Zoo attendees. Pool and area are impeccable, grassy areas for children's games.

After multiple visits, time to comment. This is a small "roadside" property, owner operated. It is not a large chain type operation. Rooms are always spotlessly clean. Bathroom includes toiletries, room includes refrigerator, micro-wave, air conditioning, all in good working order. Free coffee after 8:00 AM. Our experience is it is always quiet, no rowdies. Sign is off after 10:00 PM full or not. Avoids late night party/noise crowd. Buisness travellers, stay there twice a year for last ten years. ACCOLADES.

This motel is family owned and it is spotless, they do take pride in the motel. The rooms are spacious and if I had complaint it would only be that the beds should be replaced. That being said, I still had a very comfortable sleep. I love the fact that there is a fridge and microwave in each room. Televisions are the older models and not flat screened but that is no big deal. Wifi is free but I could not get it to work. I certainly would stay here again and would recommend it to any traveller. I don't think I have seen any motel as spotless as this one is. well done to the owners

My brother, brother-in-law and I are bicycle touring through VT and Quebec. Reservation at Les Pins based on Trip Advisor. Good choice for us. Room 10 has 3 beds and was very clean. Good lighting and convenient electrical outlets for charging bike lights and gear. Excellent service: let us use motel water hose to clean bikes and provided 2 ground clothes and OK to bring bikes into room. In addition good fellow at front desk helped us phone for pizza delivery since none of speak French. The building is old and front steps to room are in poor shape, but inside is up to date. Great Value!

We stayed here one night on a Route Verte cycling trip. It was clean and adequate - good value for the money. It is a long way from restaurants and grocery stores, which matters more on a bike than when you're in a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If the motel continues to serve & encourage bicycle tourists, it might help to offer a secure place to lock bikes at night - it's a bit awkward to keep them in the motel room.
