I have to admit that my first impression was not that favorable. The outside of the house could use some work and I found there was a new owner and I had based my decision to stay here on the reviews the previous owner had received. However our room was large, nicely decorated and clean and the king size bed...

We stayed at The Kingswood B & B, a lovely old Georgian home in the heart of St, Andrews, for two nights while in the area for a high school renunion. We were greeted by name on our arrival by the very personable host Christian, he is the new owner of the B & B. He showed us our room,...

When we arrived at the Kingswood we found that the ownership had changed the previous week. Christian the new owner seemed totally unprepared to be an inn keeper. His worse transgression was when we returned from a day of sightseeing to find that our room had not been made up. There were numerouse other annoyances due to the fact that...

In late July, we spent five nights at the Kingswood at the start of our Canadian vacation and it was a wonderful experience. Christian, our host, was a wonderful host. He was helpful and his breakfasts were very European and yummy. Our room, t the front of the house, was large and the quality of the bed superb. The location...

We were somewhat pleased with our stay here. The room was spacious, the breakfast was tasty, & the hosts were very friendly. The first thing that I noticed upon entering the house was the strong musty odour. Since I have allergies to mould & mildew, I had to open the bedroom windows & keep them open!!

I'm severely overdue in writing this, but that makes no difference in my very high opinion of the Kingswood. My husband and I were married in St. Andrews in late December 2014, and my family stayed at the Kingswood for the wedding. It couldn't have been any more perfect; the space is gorgeous, the owners are sweet, AND make the...

Unexpected lovely town with great site seeing excursions. This matches the great B&B . Lovely friendly couple with a concern to ensure comfort and a good experience. No doubt - a return visit and a recommendation.

Our first visit to St. Andrews was made very delightful with our stay at the Kingswood B&B. The hosts did everything they could to meet our every need. Breakfasts were very well done and creative. They accommodated my lactose intolerance and had a wonderful variety of breakfast foods, juice and preserves.

Very much enjoyed our stay at The Kingswood B&B. Innkeeper/Owners Cheryl and Gary are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Our large room, one of only three, was light filled and well decorated and breakfast was a feast! Definitely would visit again.

Friendly welcome from the very pleasant couple who own and run this place; large spotless rooms and everything works, lots of hot water. The excellent breakfast is taken family style (everyone eats at the same time), plenty of it and all of it good. The house is slightly outside the town so has off street parking: you will need a...
