Best hotel I have ever stayed at! We were in kimberley for a wedding and there were 2 booked that weekend and the front staff squeezed us in at the wedding rate last min!(we were planning on tenting it but it was too cold) absolutely amazing perfect service great food at the restaurant and when you wanted to cook yourself...

The room itself was beautiful, however, the pool was what I would expect to find at a cheap roadside motel - it was NOT heated, the concrete was crumbling, especially in the hot tubs, and the towels provided were tiny and thin - I would be ashamed to put them out for guests in my home. Within half an hour...

Thank you for posting your review on Trip Advisor. It is unfortunate that you had experienced some issues while staying with us and we do apologize to you for that. The pool area will be going though a renovation in mid September and will be back to looking brand new again. The heated pool deck was just replaced this past...

The hotel rooms are lovely but the pool and hot tub look like they belonged at a roadside motel - no heat in pool, crumbling concrete and towels that I wouldn't have in my home-thin and cheap! The coffee maker in room was totally inadequate for 2 people, and when we had trouble turning on the TV ,I waited 15...

We stayed in a two bedroom, top floor unit looking for quiet and clean air. Although the units are non-smoking, ashtrays are provided on the balconies. The unit directly below ours had people smoking on their balcony. It came directly into our suite as it was a beautiful evening and we had the windows open. We closed the windows and...

Thank you for taking a moment to write your review on TripAdvisor. We had offered ashtrays on the balconies because of the many requests from guests and this also helped to ensure that no smoking was happening in the suites. I can appreciate your comment and will look at making changes to this policy. We have incredible views and want...

Hotel was clean, friendly staff, and full kitchen was nice to have. Will be back for sure. Pillows were too fluffy for us but otherwise it was a great stay! We requested a quieter room so this was arranged. The trip up the mountain with the ski lift was a lot of fun. Love the free coffee at the front...

Made this my base while travelling the area for business. Great home away from home. Even forgot some items there without realizing till I was home, but we were reunited without issue. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and nice. The pillows were a bit too big for my liking but not that much of an issue. It has a full kitchen which was nice as well. The pool was nice and there are 2 hot tubs, however they were too hot to actually get in. There was lots of room in the underground,...

Great room - comfortable, bright, large and kitchen had everything we needed. And the room including a pretty view. Pool and spas were just right. And the setting is beautiful - near the area's amazing bike path network.

We got a great off season rate. The room was comfy and the view great. Well equipped kitchen. The furnace/air conditioner was very loud. The bed was big and comfy.
