It is a beautiful house but we were on the third floor and it was SOO HOT. The bed was also awful in the Provence Room. We also didn't like waiting and being sat at a separate table alongside the main table at breakfast. Overall I didn't enjoy it which was surprising given the ratings and awards. We stayed last...

While I can understand that we have had some very hot weather recently, I am surprised that you found the room hot. Our 1905 home had the Central Air added more recently, and for the most part, the house is comfortable. Our 7 room house means that we have 14 for breakfast and the extra table in the window looking...

This is the most amazing house. 130 years old and beautifully decorated to reflect the grandeur of bygone days. Don and Marion are accomplished hosts and we felt free to come and go as we wished. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was comfortable in size and amenities with a dedicated bathroom both were extremely clean. The...

We had a lovely stay at the B&B. Room was perfect. All facilities in place. B&B owners made us feel completely at home. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Gananoque.

My boyfriend and I were passing through Gananoque and thought we would check out Sleepy Hollow Bed & Breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and the historic house so intriguing, that we couldn't resist spending the night! Our room had a fantastic brand new whirl pool tub with complimentary wine and chocolates, and we both found the complimentary breakfast to...

During our travelling from Toronto to Montreal we found the website of the Sleepy Hollow and we booked it for 1 night. The owner of the B&B is very helpful and very kind. It was no problem for him to carry the luggage of my girlfriend into the 1st floor. The breakfast was just breathtaking and excellent. Because of the...

When we first set eyes on Sleepy Hallow we knew we were in for a treat. This lovely old house that has been lovingly restored to it's current glory sit in an ideal location in the town of Gananoque. Just up the road from where the Gananoque boat tour operates from and far enough away from the main high street...

Nice building, but rates are quite high. Be wary of the bathroom situation. We paid extra to book a room with our own bathroom. However, on arrival, we discovered that the bathroom and bedroom were all in one single room. Only a curtain separated the toilet from the bedroom. Not a comfortable situation if you want any privacy.

You were in our Travancore room that was designed with the whirlpool tub right in the room, (along with the rest of the bathroom). The design concept here was leaning to the romance of having a leisurely whirlpool while still being able to have a conversation with your partner. The photos on our web site of the room show the...

This was our first time staying in a B&B, so we weren't sure what to expect. Our room was beautiful and very clean. We found it a little on the pricey side, but we may just be cheap! ;) The bed was comfortable, but we could have used a couple more pillows - I am sure if we asked we...

It is always great to get feedback on how we are doing at our B&B. Certainly the 4 big pillows on the bed might be a little different (they are the synthetic non allergenic type) from the ones at home and yes there are extras available. Our 105 year old house has the original locks on all the bedroom doors...

We stayed here one night as part of our anniversary weekend. Sleepy Hollow is a beautiful, historic home, filled with interested antiques, furniture, etc. The location was perfect. Our hosts had offered to make us both dinner reservations and book theatre tickets. This was a really nice touch and worked out perfectly, as we were not familiar with the area....

Don & Marion were great hosts and made us feel right at home in their beautiful Victorian home. My wife and I both loved every aspect of this B&B - location, hosts, decor and especially the breakfast as we were not expecting such a great home made meal. I would highly recommend this gem of a B&B as you will...
