Extraordinary, unique and beautiful come close to describing Howe Island B&B but still don't do it justice. From the warm welcome, friendly (and funny) chats, amazing and delicious homecooked breakfasts (the super muffins and best ever omelettes were particularly commended in our group!) to the breathtaking river views everything was simply perfect. The house and location are stunning, and the...

To say that our stay at the Howe Island B and B was perfect is actually an understatement! Dave and Wendy are wonderful hosts that make you instantly welcome and treat you like family. The views of the St. Lawrence are breathtaking and the grounds and home are immaculately clean and groomed. This was not a typical B and B!...

This was our first visit to Howe Island B & B and certainly not our last. Wendy and Dave are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The breakfasts were delicious. Beginning the day sitting out on the deck by the river with a cup of coffee... It doesn't get any better.

Lovely and accomodating hosts at a lovely riverside setting en route to Montreal. Beautiful views over the river and spotless rooms including all amenities that you would require. Home cooked breakfast was delicious. If you are after something different then staying on an island is the way to go. We took our own wine and cheese platter and sat in...

Our 30th Anniversary get-away could not have been better. Our garden-view room was super comfortable, with peeks of the vineyard, the pond garden and flower beds from its windows. A quaint on-suite with beautiful up-graded shower was a plus. The breakfasts were scrumptious and Wendy always managed to have plenty if my man needed more than a 2 egg omelette.The...

Dave and Wendy are first class hosts and provide wonderful riverside accommodations in the spectacular Thousand Islands. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts sumptuous all complemented by Dave's witty repartee. Have spent two weekends there and will most certainly be back

We've spent two weeks on Howe Island B&B. It's a great place to stay. Wendy and David take really care of their guests by serving an outstanding breakfast, most interesting discussions and make you feel very welcome and cosy. The place is ideal for relaxing and trips to Kingston and the Thousand Islands.
