This small 12-room inn is attached to a very popular upscale restaurant. It seems to be merely an afterthought to the management. No telephones. No daily housekeeping if you leave the room after 11.00 AM. Had to run around to get clean towels. Located on a noisy road. Ask for a room at the back of the building. Room was large and had balcony, fridge, Keurig. Nice large walk in shower. Bed a bit soft but nice bedding. No on-site breakfast, no desk clerk before 2 pm. Ask for a ground-floor room is stairs are an issue. No elevator. Pretty basic for the price, which was much more than what is listed here. Do not expect much service. No way to get a receipt upon checkout. No desk clerk.

We only stay in this Inn for one night but we spent 2 hours driving in circle to find it .. It surprised me as it is a small town and should not be this difficult but it did . The sign is small and not lighted , the Inn is next to the road and you pass it without knowing as its tiny . The room is clean and the bed is firm , everything works . There are not too many rooms in this place but it has a good restaurant that serves fine dining . People are nice but spares and I have to look for them when I leave to turn in the key. . There are other hotels near by or withing 30 min drive , I suggest you go to others unless you want to drive in circle to find it . Also there is no breakfast served and not a nearby eatery also , you better have some food in you car if you come with children .

We were 2 couples and had connecting rooms. Small but adequate, close to everything! Older hotel but upgraded rooms. Adjoining the rooms is a byob restaurant, very convenient. Go to the restaurant to get ice. Very low key, relaxed atmosphere.

We stayed at Rustick one night while visiting he Eastern Townships. We had a very warm welcome. Check-in was quick and efficient. Rustick is about a 10 minute drive into Magog proper. The area is quiet and there are several dining options nearby, including on site. The room was comfortable and clean. Some things seemed a little dated and the door was flimsy, but everything worked well.

we needed a place to stay the night and based on the pictures we chose the Rustick. On the plus size it has a restaurant and the food is decent and the ambiance is nice. Breakfast service was really quick. The room was clean. The shower head didn't work but in all fairness they advise us at check in. The TV didn't work either and that we didn't know, it took a while but they did fix it. There was no telephone in the room. Wifi while free didn't work on Apple devices (according to them)

We stayed one night at this inn and had an OK stay. Good location for Orford and Magog. The room was spacious with 2 double beds. The beds were hard but clean. Wifi worked fine, the shower had good pressure, TV worked fine, we had a little fridge and coffee machine. The sound proofing was not very good as we could here noise from every room. The most disturbing thing was the bathroom fan that was extremely noisy. Since it turned on when the light was on, it was impossible to use the bathroom without the loud noise...Price was OK. We ate at the restaurant. Average service, adequate but greasy food, good atmosphere.

My husband and I spent a lovely time at the Rustick Auberge Brasserie in the area of Quebec that is very near the Mont Orford National Park, close to Magog. The owner was graciousness itself, the restaurant was good, the rooms were basic, but very clean and the price was very reasonable. I sense that this young man is working very, very hard to make a go of this. His wine list at the brasserie is very impressive and worth a trip to Magog just to sample some of his collection. He is so earnest, intelligent, creative and well-meaning that he deserves to be successful. What the place lacks in 'glitz' he makes up for in good food and his very warm and caring attention to his guests. No breakfast is served; maybe sometime in the future. As business improves I think he will make more improvements. We definitely plan to stay there again. We fell in love with Magog and are happy that it is only 3 hours from our home in Vermont!

A convenient, clean place to stay on our way from CT to Quebec City. During our stay, the WIFI signal didn't reach room 5 (our data plan didn't work in Canada); was ok for our friends in room 4. We'll stay here again.

This hotel and restaurant is well located just outside of Magog on a small highway. The hotel is only a 2* but oh-so clean! They try very hard to make you stay as comfortable as possible with refridgerator, wine glass, and white duvet, we loved our small, older room. Big windows, a big patio with chairs and table. The setting is great! The staff and owner (I think) are super nice and friendly. The quality/price value was very good and I would recommend this place any day.

We had reserved for 4 days: we had no phone, no fridge, no coffee machine, no micro waves, they told us there was no cooking in the rooms, entrance to restaurant not so clean. When we requested a fridge we were given a "cooler" type box. Very dark room. Small TV must be 25 years old. We paid 95$/night txs incl., and 100 feet away there was l'Auberge du Mont Orford offering room with kitchenette and access to the exercise room for 89$ plus txs. and it's super clean. Don't waste your money at Au Rond Point.
