What an experience. Good value for money with excellent service as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone. The staff are efficient and helpful, the food excellent and the facilities are in shape.

Our first hotel on our tour of South Africa and a great start. Lovely grounds and the great room ( honeymoon suite) made us fall in love with South Africa on our first day. Location was good and it was quiet which was good for sleeping after a long flight. Ate at the outside bar which was a decent quality....

From the amazing rooms, to the African a la carte restaurant, and spa. It's a hotel which has character and presence through its long existence. Very much recommended. Don't forget that they have an hourly shuttle to monte casino :-)

I only stayed at the Indaba for one night so I really can't speak to all of the amenities, but I left my very expensive camera and sunglasses in the safe. They really went out of their way to get my belongs back to me. I am very appreciative.

Stayed over for a night after a year-end function, and one word comes to mind - tired. Everything just seems tired. Nothing really bad, our bedroom was ok, breakfast was great, and we were on our way. I often attend technical conferences there, and I then get that very same feeling.

Booked a spa stay with Indaba sometime in advance of our stay, we had stayed here before and had a very pleasant stay. The package included a suite. On the day of our arrival after a long flight and torrential rain in Johannesburg, we arrived at the hotel to be told that there was no suite and that they had...

Stayed at this hotel on the first night of a tour of S Africa. The hotel is tired and needs a facelift. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food in the Chefs Boma is no more than average. Our worst experience however, which we did not realise until we had moved on up country, was that my wife's jewellery...

Thank you for taking the time to complete a Trip Advisor Review as all guest feedback is appreciated. The incident reported of the alleged jewelry missing from your room was indeed unfortunate, but from my understanding this matter was only brought to the attention of our Operations Manager, Charles Drewe, 2 weeks after your departure from the Indaba Hotel. This hotel is ideal for groups or possibly for business in the Fourways area . I would not recommend it for holiday makers visiting Johannesburg unless you are using Lansaria airport or visiting the Cradle of Humankind. the hotel is very large and my room was a drive away! The room itself was comfortable and fully functioning with wifi and...

Stayed here overnight as we had a conference happening at the hotel. I must be honest the rooms are a rather old style, and I simply stayed over as the traffic to get to and from the hotel during peak hour would just have been too much of a nightmare. The location is ok, but as I said traffic in...

Thank you for taking the time to complete a Trip Advisor Review as we appreciated all constructive feedback. We received a warm welcome from Portia at the Reception Desk, enjoyed our nicely lay-out room but the highlight was our dinner at the Boma Restaurant. Highly recommended. If you go out for some activities, book your dinner at the Boma beforehand. Probably the best restaurant meal available in Johannesburg! Staff and Management very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We really...
