Scam artists! They ripped me off, went there because I was working in the area and they made me pay for the full 10 days when I told them that I might be leaving in a couple days but could be there for the 10 days. They said if I was to leave early I could get a refund for...

There was burn holes in the bedding, blood stains on the sheets, black mold growing in the bathroom, the tub was yellow and unclean, pubes in the sink, the neighbour was a prostistute and it looked like a sex trafficing hotel so we got our money back. Do not stay there!

I stayed in this hotel in April 2017. Its located beside main road, Room was very noisy. Lots of junkies stayed in this hotel. If you are junkie yourself this hotel is your heaven. The backyard of the hotel is open and close to the back alley and there were homeless people stay there at night. They can even go...

Booked in at advertised $110 per night, and realized after clicking that the non-refundable rate was quoted in US funds. That would have been fine if the room had been more than a bed, but that was all it was. The TV had no guide to the channels; there was no phone book; no coffee maker (coffee only in the...

The room appears to be recently upgraded in the main room. It looked very nice at first glance, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. However the building needs maintenance and upgrades. The sliding door to the patio was placed in backwards and not able to open, but didn't close 100 percent either. And being an older building it...

Guess thats how it qualifies: it is ok. Do not expect luxury, it is basic. The room I got was quite spacious, along the traffic side but this wasn't much of an issue. I had to visit downtown vancouver frequently, and fortunately the Rupert skytrain station is near which is convenient. Unfortunately, I think the place is rather expensive for...

As a grandmother, I stayed there with 4 of my grandchildren in a kitchenette suite for 5 nights......had to pay up front over $900 and was told no refunds under any circumstances.....I have to say, I was very disappointed......the stove wouldn't boil water, the fridge was caked with frost and froze everything, no plugs for any of the sinks or...

The non-smoking hotel reaked of smoke. The wifi was abysmal. The bedding was burnt. The AC was nearly nonfunctional. To top that all off, there were kids selling drugs and prostituting themselves out of this hotel. It was so bad and they were so loud I had to leave in the middle of the night. This is not a safe...

“Try to book on the side with no traffic otherwise you'll be more sorry than the usual 'sorry'....either way....you'll be sorry.”
  • Delightful walls and cable
  • The floors...so unique with characteristic markings.
  • Kitchenette.
  • Vintage TV that was working 'most' of the time.
  • The walls. Basically all the same. Holes, patches.
  • Rooms were always patched with some bad work.
